Me & my daughter went there on Friday. Get done my nail w the Dip by the older lady. But 2 nail come off & look so thick.The nail techs are very rude and had to walk out without any service. I went here a year ago when I was visiting. I was so impressed. I have a problem with picking at my nails so they are often Very short. Some places seem to have an issue with this, resulting in nails that come off within the first week, and it feels like a waste of money. So when I came here and almost TWO MONTHS later, the only way I could get these nails off was with acetone! The longevity of the nails, professionalism and friendly atmosphere in general makes this for a place I will return again, and again. I live in SUFU now and this is my go-to nail salon. ABSOLUTE WORSE I was in there 20 minutes and the guy filed off my old polish little at a time then goes to the next nail then gets up take 2 lady's payment starts cleaning up the shop washes his hands then goes back to cleaning something else why I just sit there . Wasn't greeted right away. The woman who did my nails was extremely rude, insisted her tools were clean when I asked for her to use new files, drill tips, etc. I asked for a coffin shape and got round and was still chargers $5 extra for a shape. My nails were poorly done; bumpy, acrylic all underneath all of my nails. Cut my skin open on multiple fingers with the nail drill. Very unpleasant experience. Will not be returning. My experiences at this salon consist of acrylic nails. Naga and Johnny do amazing work! People often say that my nails look like my own natural nails...the best compliment a nail artist can receive. My husband and I like to treat ourselves to a pedicure once a month. I also get my nails done at Envy Nails. I am always impressed with the quality of their work and their attention to details. My husband recently had shoulder surgery & as a result, couldn't cut his own toenails. When he told me this, I decided we needed to go get pedicures together. The staff at Envy were so great, when I explained why I was bringing my husband for a pedicure. They were personable & professional. The salon was very clean & all the tools were sanitized. First of all - they were very sweet. I feel I should say that straight away.  The feel of the place was very relaxed. I was actually in on a slower day in October. I met my best friend and MOH to get my nails done for my wedding.We sat down and I sorted through the colors - they had a great selection so there you will definitely find your color!When it came to the service - as stated earlier they were so nice! Unfortunately, my nails were a mess after.It was my wedding week and I was there catching up and having a moment of relaxation from decorating and doing all the final details. I hadn't seen my MOH in weeks so we started catching up (also including the sweeties doing our nails!) Before asking me though, my nails were filed down into a short square shape (which I would normally do rounded..) I just shook it off because honestly, I really don't care too much.We all chatted and at the end we paid and headed out. When I looked at my nails I was disappointed.  I had gotten a shellac and they put it on too thick, it wasn't even, and parts of it were sticking to my skin and looked like it was coming undone.  I had to get back right away and was leaving town so I could get them fixed.Obviously nails don't ruin weddings so it was all good... but I rarely get my nails done so I was a little sad!**reiteration though on how sweet they were! I just moved here from out of state and I've been looking for a nail salon. I found Envy Nails and Spa online. The reviews were good so I thought I'd give them a try. Im so glad I did. I made an appointment and was greeted warmly. My technician was a little late, but he greeted me and told me he be about 10 minutes late, so I was aware of the situation.
