I think they did a fantastic job! The staff was friendly and one guy was walking around thanking people and seemed genuinely appreciative of to my business. Well First I'm highly disappointed in this nail shop, when we walked inside the male was very rude. He talked to us like we were stupid.me and a girlfriend are visiting from San Diego where the nail shops are incredibly nice and they do a very good job. Despite being hesitant I won't be back in California for a while so I read the reviews on this place and went here we asked for a full set which is normally about $25 he said that if you got any type of shape that's $10 more or if you got gel on the nails that's $10 more everything was just so extra and normally when I get everything done I spend about $70 with my eyebrows a pedicure with the callus removal and my nails because I like them short and coffin shaped. When I am not pressing my fingers down on the surface and two of the nails are slightly crooked might sound coffin shape is completely sharp on one side and rounded on the other one I ended up only getting a French tip on my toenails because that was $30 if I want to gel it would've been 40 and callus removal is $10 more my French tip is not even nicely done the lines are not very nice they aren't cleaned up well during the pedicure I'm ticklish but that use a callus removal thing that looks like a cheese grater and it's very rough it's not soothing at all compared to a pumice stone which is what I am used to The man kept going by reminding her that the amount that he's charging us and to do the shellac pedicure even though we already said we didn't want the shellac on our toes just a regular French tip you could tell he was irritated that we changed our minds but we're already paying $40 for a pedicure that should be 25 overall I ended up spending $91 on my hands and feet to have crooked nails they are not coffin shaped they turn down at least 20 customers that walked in there on Mother's Day expecting to get a nice pedicurethey are not sufficiently staffed and the mail is just extremely rude he kept saying he can only do what he can do no you can stop being cheap and hire more people because they are literally ripping the customers off. 91 dollars is outrageousRead Less

I have been here a couple of times, and for the most part they have done a terrible job on my nails. My previous and more than likely last time being there was the worst experience I have ever had in a nail salon. When I called to ask how much it would be to get my acrylics taken off, the man on the phone was very rude and short with me. When I arrived there, they helped walk ins before me, even when I had already set up an appointment. They finally made their way to me, but instead of helping me right away, the woman who was helping me left my fingers soaking in an acetone bath for almost an hour. She also decided she needed to help others during my process, and I grew very impatient. The last few times I have ever gotten acrylics taken off, it was 15 minutes or less. This, again, took over an hour for a simple process. She rarely spoke to me, and if she did she was very rude. They were also very unorganized with their money, and it was obvious that they were upsetting lots of people. Do NOT waste your money on this place. Read Less

they were really nice but an older man did my nails and he must have thought he knows what he was doing enough to where he didn't really need to try but my french tips are crooked. i don't care how long you've been doing nails you still have to do a good job. not impressed. Read Less

I had a great experience here. My daughter and I had a girl's day for manis/pedis. I didn't necessarily like that her's were the same prices as adult's, but they weren't expensive, and she did get a free design on her nails. They even have mini-pedi chairs with massagers, which she enjoyed. And they offer free drinks, which is nice. The staff was very friendly to us, although I could tell the woman doing her pedi wasn't fantastic with kids, but she wasn't rude. I called and set up an appointment for a manicure when I walked in the door Henry the owner started to say ill just do gel polish for you no manicure it will be better and cheaper for you. I said I wanted a manicure he then said yea yea I will do gel polish its better cheaper. so I sit down and he grabs out his drill for acrylic nails I say I don't want my nails filled down I want a manicure he told me its fine ill not take off much its safe. so he proceeds to file my nails with a drill then halfway thru he makes me switch who is working on my nails and go to a different person since someone else came in to get acrylic. needless to say it was the worst manicure my nails were ruined from drilling and the polish did not last since they didn't do an actual manicure and push back my cuticles ect... I will not be going back there ever again $25 charged to have my nails ruined no thank you! I hope this warning helps someone else not to go there they were more worried about getting quick money than really focusing on the client and doing a good job. Read Less

Awful, just awful. I have never been so disappointed with my nails. Does not fill correctly. And did a very very poor job filing my nails. They look terrible. When the guy was filing my nails he was more concerned about watching tv, then paying attention. The skin around my nails are so raw, he buffed more of my skins off then my nails. Terrible experience. And after sitting for 20 minutes for my nails to dry, the polish still smugged off and smeared everywhere within the first hour I had them. Never going back. Read Less

Absolutely the worst place I've ever been for nails. Terrible customer service. Terrible skills at filing, clipping toe nails, painting nails. Let alone with the first clip of toe nails, she seriously cut me. I literally threw the cash at the woman and walked out. Never in my life have I had such a terrible experience. Advertising deceiving.  Wanted my nails shellac.  Pricing on sign indicated $20.00.  Good deal right?  It is $5.00 to remove old and $20.00.  Nothing with cuticles either. That would be $35.00.  Sloppy job.  Wouldn't recommend. Read Less
