I am the owner of bryant salon and spa.i take every walk in this business truthful and through faith. We are foreign war veteran business owners and christians. I've owned salons for 6 years, cosmetologist for 11, business and marketing degree, and I've been an instructor at a cosmetology school. Going here was a nightmare! First off I am not a super picky person whatsoever I’ve gotten my hair done tons of times elsewhere and never ever had an issue. That wasn’t the case here. I had called Bryant and told them what my hair was like now and what I was going for and asked if they thought they could achieve what I was going for. Kahli (the owner) assured me she could do that. I asked how much it would be and she said $73 and any extra bowl of color would be $17. When I arrived I once again asked her if she thought it would work and again she said yes just that the blonde would be a Carmel color and I said that was fine. I specifically said that I wanted it to be dark brown all around my face and light just at the bottom and just wanted a trim. She ended up taking at least 6 inches off! And my hair was nothing at all like what we had talked about, it was orange, pink, purple, and a light brow at the roots. Even the cut was completely un even and terrible. I ended up having to dye my hair dark brown the next day, order extensions, and couldn’t put blonde in because she had bleached it twice. Yea did I mention she bleached my ENTIRE head when I wanted majority of it to be dark brown and my hair was already light and then bleached it again when she put the color in! She ended up charging me $235 oh and I sat in her chair for 7.5 hours! I wanted to cry! So I contacted her the next day asking for part of a refund I said I would still pay for the product used but the rest I wanted refunded since it was nothing at all what I wanted. She said she would look at the charges and call me back. Fast forward 2 days I got a very long and very rude text message basically trying to blame me and refusing any sort of refund. I then called her to talk about it where she basically blamed me, refused a refund, and then hung up on me. Not professional at all. I am warning you do not go to her!
Just to be clear due to the owners response. I have only put professional products in my hair. I never ever agreed on 4 inches cut I agreed on 1 1/2 inches, she cut 6. I have had my hair done so many times and it takes two bowls of color, you changed me for 5 after she cut 6 inches off and thinned my hair! Plus another $62 for an all over bleach that was 100% unnecessary. You keep telling lies and I hope no one ever has to deal with this kind of service like I have. I trusted you as a hair stylist to know what you were doing and you clearly had no idea and can't own up to your own mistakes instead you just blame the customer.

Every time Kahli has cut/colored/styled my hair it has exceeded my expectations which is more than I can say for most cosmetologists. Very friendly staff and great, clean environment. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs their hair done, and I come from a family full of hairstylist.

Went to this place to have a haircut and some highlights. I showed the lady a picture of what I wanted and it turned out nothing like it! My hair was completely yellow/orange. I went back there and asked them to try and go back to my brown hair because what I had was not even wearable. They told me they couldn't go back to my brown hair because it would look' muddy' and that they would tone it so the yellow/orange would go away. I had to stay there for over an hour and when they were done with the toning my hair was the exact same! I left crying and they said there was nothing they could do. I went to a different hair saloon the same night and the other professional fixed my hair and went back to my dark brown color in less than an hour. Of course I had to pay them $70 for them to fix it. I called and emailed Bryant asking for my money back once I don't think it's fair I have to pay someone else to fix something they did. They never got back to me. Simply ridiculous. I gave them the chance to fix their mistake and instead they just made it worse. They should have at least been honest and given my money back!!!

I enjoyed the rustic yet welcoming feeling. The Salon definitely got that makeover it need with the new owners. I also enjoyed the complimentary beer with my haircut.

My husband bought me a mani/pedi through groupon to this place. I assumed it was nice since it was an Aveda salon - but I was shocked. It was dirty, the pedicure consisted of a plastic tub of tepid, cloudy/yellow water that barely covered my feet. The manicure was done on a folding table. I have a background in the spa industry, and I am especially focused on sanitation. The files were dirty, and after using them they were put straight into (what I assume was chemical cleaner/barbicide) without first being washed and scrubbed. So all the debris from nails is just floating around with all the tools... Another stylist was doing a manicure while I was getting a pedicure. Her cell phone kept going off, and at one point she started badmouthing her next client to her current one. It was awkward to have to sit through that. I came to relax and dirty gossip isn't something I want to have to hear as a paying customer. (I'm glad it was only a groupon and I didn't have to spend a whole lot of money). When it was my turn for a mani, the stylist threw a towel down on the table without wiping or cleaning said table. The chairs were old, cloth and full of stains. My nails look like I went to a beauty school, not an actual professional.
