Ann Nails is the best! The people who work here are so nice and work with you to schedule appointments. The place is clean, the workers are friendly, and my nails always look great! Stopped here on the way up to Brookings to get an acrylic fill this afternoon and they did a great job and was cheaper than the place I go up by SDSU. Worst nail experience I have ever had. Paid for a manicure and a pedicure.  Asked for a design on my pedicure, wanted to have it match my manicure.  I had my pedicure done first and they refused to do a design.  They did not remove any dead skin.  And nail polish was all over my cuticles.  I had to put lotion on after on both my feet and hands because they were so dry from the acetone. Barely got the dead skin off my feet. No warm towels or leg massage to go with your pedicure. Would not do a simple design on my nails. Only flowers. They did put these plastic things in the foot tubs for sanitary reasons which was nice but I was not impressed with the services I will not be returning. Read Less

Oh boy, this was such a disappointment after seeing that this establishment was 2nd in "The Best of Sioux Falls". My pedi wasn't too bad but was surprised she didn't clean off the polish that landed on my skin. My fill was so painful, polish on my skin, nails not smooth and I spent quite some time peeling the acrylic off around my nails. It was not an enjoyable, relaxing time. Read Less

This is the worst nail salon I have ever been too don't even waste your time walking into this facility. I walked in to get a nail repaired and there were a few people getting pedicures and they turned me away because they needed to finish up pedicures. However there were 2 ladies sitting there doing nothing. So I then asked if u could schedule an appointment for later in the day and they turned me down again with no suggestion of coming back later. Poor customer service these people are ignorant and I wouldn't  send my dog. They didn't have anyone in the store but claimed to be booked up. They did not want to serve us. This business discriminates and should be open in America. Read Less

I had thever best experience here! The tech that did my pedicure was so nice, and the employees know many of the frequent customers by name. It really feels like a small-town, caring environment.
