*****BUYER & BRIDES BEWARE!!!!!!*****Long but will save you time and money!! Please note: (I did contact the company first about our experience and quality of product and their answer to my complaint is below as well) My sister got married last Saturday and booked a party at A Perfect 10 for 5 of us on Friday to get pedicures and for her to also get a manicure. Our appointment was at 10 am. The ladies were pleasant. Gabby was VERY nice! (the others, I don't know their names because they never mentioned it and was like pulling teeth to generate a conversation.) SPENT $341 DOLLARS By 3 pm, my personal toe polish was rubbing off in sheets. I had to make a quick trip before rehearsal at 5 to get my nail fixed. Another gals is smudged but didn't have a car here as she is from Canada and couldn’t get back to the salon. Fast forward to 5:30. The bride's toe nails also smudged and coming off. Needless to say the panic set in. The night before her wedding with family from all over the world and she had to make a separate trip to the salon to get the nail fixed making her 45 minutes late to her own rehearsal dinner! This was 7 hours after our appointment. We spent a combined total of $341 at this salon that morning. $341! The product quality was horrible! I reached out to the marketing director who spoke with the owner regarding our experience and the quality of the product. It is now 7 days post pedicure, we finally connected on the phone. 2 members of the party have already gone back to Canada and my sister, the bride leaves tomorrow to move to Canada. I was offered a $30 COMBINED gift card for myself and the one other person still in town to come back and use at the salon. I asked why I would want to spend MORE money at a place I was extremely unhappy with since their services start at $30+ and for us to "share" a $30 gift card. $30.... $341.... ???? There's a difference there.... The marketing director, Kristi, asked what I would like to see happen and I requested a full refund and indicated that I really had no desire to come back in and spend MORE money on inferior products and poor quality. She then offered to call the owner of the company, ironically named "Canada". She called me back about 10 minutes later and insisted that the $30 gift card was all they could offer for our troubles. I told her I was insulted that $30 was supposed to rectify the stress, anxiety, and TERRIBLE quality of product offered and to only offer 8.8% of what we spent as a remedy was insulting and outrageous!!! They didn't even offer to give us each a "redo" to show us that their product was better than what we received. We chose to go to A Perfect 10 in hopes that it would bring joy and relaxation to our day, turns out it was a nightmare and a Perfect 0! Yes, they acknowledged the disappointment in our product, yes, they fixed the 2 that were able to be fixed, yes they did offer to remedy, but NO it was not satisfactory. I feel bad for the next group of ladies who have the same outcome as we did. I hope for your sake you read the reviews prior to making your appointment. I was hesitant to get a gel manicure since the first one I had gotten (somewhere else) lasted about a week before it peeled off. I can already tell they did a much better job. I was in with a group and had a very pleasant experience. The gal doing my nails was on the quiet side, but our group was doing enough talking that it wasn’t awkward. She did a wonderful job and made sure I was happy with the final results. I don’t get my nails done often, but I wouldn’t hesitate to go back if I want to again in the future. Read Less

Pros- the woman doing my nails and host were VERY friendly and I enjoyed talking to both of them. The salon was well-kept and inviting. Cons- I've tried to schedule an online appointment for over a year. I could never get one, so I finally called and they got me right in for a gel mani. They charge an extra $10 to take off my old gel done elsewhere AND $10 for the chrome powder. Needless to say, I was expecting this $60 manicure to last AT LEAST two weeks. Not more than 3 days later, the chrome started to chip off (not rubbing off on the ends, literally chipping off). Chrome powder doesn't stay as long as polish gel (which no one told me) but I never imagined it would chip off in days. A week into the manicure the actual gel polish on my nails (under the chrome powder) was coming off and my nails started breaking off. (Note: they charge an extra $10 to take off old gel done elsewhere because they guarantee their manicures for 7 days.  I was out of state for work so I never went in to have them fixed) I was SUPER disappointed with this manicure and sad that I haven't been able to find a good nail salon in Sioux Falls! A Perfect 10 is just as the name says...Perfect!! If you want a mani-pedi completed by a professional in a place where you will feel pampered...this is the place for you! To start off..the decor is stunning and the technicians are so nice, along with being very capable! You can receive the perfect mani at a very reasonable price, along with a glass of wine!! How fun! Horrible service. We had a party of 7 and there were only two people working. Both manicures and pedicures took a total of three hours. The workers were immature and acted liked children. They were rude and told us how much they hated their job and how ugly our hands/feet were. They were more concerned about what they wanted for lunch rather than attending to their customers. My nails and toenails chipped four hours later and the paint job was uneven. I do not recommend this place. The service was way overpriced for what crappy job we got. Read Less

I went to Kokomo for a number of months. I found they did not listen to me when I would show them that my nails were separating. I have a toe nail that is cracked all the way up. When I asked for it to be wrapped, I was told; its ok. I am sorry I can not post a picture of my toenail after my first day of vacation. Read Less

I hate writing bad reviews but I felt like I should write a review after my experience here. I had a pedicure and had a wonderful experience in the salon. However, the polish was peeling off that night and 3 days later almost all of the polish had peeled off and I had to get another pedicure somewhere else. This has never happened to me and I was bummed because I had a great experience in the salon. Read Less

Manicure did not last even 24 hours. Don't waste your money on a regular manicure here. Hand massage was lovely but I think they really need to upgrade their nail polishes. Was told nothing could be done and that this was not something they guarantee. Yikes, people! Read Less

Had a horrible experience at this salon. I came in for a mani pedi and the older Asian lady that helped me was AWFUL. She was rude, abrupt and seemed to purposefully be as rough as she could be with the cuticle pusher and foot scrubber. She was going to use an old and dirty yellow half piece of a pumice stone. When I asked her to not use it she seemed to become angry and acted that way the rest of my interaction with her. The massage chair was broken and didn't look to be sanitized. I had a bad experience at this salon. When I talked to the manager at the Sioux Falls location, she told me to take my problem up with Canada, the owner. I left a message and sent an email to the owner on Monday. It is now Friday and there has been no response. Due to management's lack of concern for their clientele, I will take my business elsewhere.UPDATE: The owner did eventually get in touch with me and we were able to iron out the issue.  While I still feel that their online reservation system is clunky and non user-friendly, I do love the quality of the manicure I get there. I don't agree with the way the manager at the 69th Street location handled my complaint, so I am going to start going to the new Dawley Farms location and hope for the best! Read Less
