I will never go to 'A Perfect 10' again. The staff members were inexperienced and immature. They were more concerned with chatting with each other; they did not focus on the customers. My nail technician cut my skin beneath my cuticles, twice. I was bleeding throughout the rest of my service on two different fingers. She also did not do a good job with my French tip, it was sloppy and poorly done. She said many times that she was not comfortable with doing French tips, which did not make me feel confident in the $50.00 that I was spending. I was not offered a discount even though I was still bleeding when I left salon. Also, my nails started chipping on day 3 even though I got the shellac/powder dip combo. I want my $50.00 back. I had one okay experience followed by an absolutely terrible one. I came in to get gel nails removed and have a regular manicure. First, the nail technician did not remove all the gel and left patches. Second, she did not ask me if she wanted my nails trimmed, even though I had broken a nail earlier that day and thus had one nail that was obviously shorter than the others. Third, SHE DIDN’T EVEN FILE MY NAILS before painting them. Like I said, I had one broken nail that was jagged and crooked and she just painted over it like that! Finally, the nail technician told me to leave and that my nails would be fine, and I believed her. Unfortunately, hey we’re still VERY wet and by the time I had gotten home almost every single one had smudged. I ended up taking my nail polish off as soon as I got home because so many nails were destroyed. And of course, because she hadn’t completely removed the gel, I had patchy nails underneath. I attempted to make appointments here for my bridal party and myself a few weeks before we needed to go in. I made sure to tell the lady on the phone this was for my bridal party. We knew we needed manicures and pedicures but we were unsure of our details (if we wanted multiple colors, ombre, gel or designs) yet since this was a couple weeks out. The lady on the phone was extremely rude to me when I told her that we weren't sure and absolutely wouldn't let us book appointments. I dont know who can find out exactly what design or lack of everyone in a bridal party is going to have on their nails that far out and was very disappointed as this was for my wedding. I told her we would be booking elsewhere if she couldn't help us and she just said that's fine. I've never heard someone with less motivation for their business or job. This place is great! The staff were really fun to talk to and creative. Only complaints are how you have to sign a contract in order to make an appointment, they don't do any fake or acrylic nails and that it's a little spendy, but I guess that you're paying for the ambience. First experience was not so good, but my second time was A1 service. The staff was wonderful, and my gel manicure was awesome. It lasted over 3 weeks without chipping or peeling. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you perfect10! Read Less

Been going here for a long time but will not continue at this point. Over heard multiple accounts of both old and new management being rude and unprofessional. They just fired the girl I went to when she was great at her job and they didn't do it in a very nice way what so ever. Politics in the workforce is a bad atmosphere where clients are supposed to go to relax. Pros- the woman doing my nails and host were VERY friendly and I enjoyed talking to both of them. The salon was well-kept and inviting. Cons- I've tried to schedule an online appointment for over a year. I could never get one, so I finally called and they got me right in for a gel mani. They charge an extra $10 to take off my old gel done elsewhere AND $10 for the chrome powder. Needless to say, I was expecting this $60 manicure to last AT LEAST two weeks. Not more than 3 days later, the chrome started to chip off (not rubbing off on the ends, literally chipping off). Chrome powder doesn't stay as long as polish gel (which no one told me) but I never imagined it would chip off in days. A week into the manicure the actual gel polish on my nails (under the chrome powder) was coming off and my nails started breaking off. (Note: they charge an extra $10 to take off old gel done elsewhere because they guarantee their manicures for 7 days.  I was out of state for work so I never went in to have them fixed) I was SUPER disappointed with this manicure and sad that I haven't been able to find a good nail salon in Sioux Falls! I recently had a pedicure done and for the price felt like it was low end service compared to past experiences at this salon. After leaving within a few hours both of my big toe nails paint chipped, so returned to have them touched up. Ended up touching them up myself because they couldn't take a brief moment to touch them up. Hardly any massage was completed during pedicure. A Perfect 10 is just as the name says...Perfect!! If you want a mani-pedi completed by a professional in a place where you will feel pampered...this is the place for you! To start off..the decor is stunning and the technicians are so nice, along with being very capable! You can receive the perfect mani at a very reasonable price, along with a glass of wine!! How fun! Horrible service. We had a party of 7 and there were only two people working. Both manicures and pedicures took a total of three hours. The workers were immature and acted liked children. They were rude and told us how much they hated their job and how ugly our hands/feet were. They were more concerned about what they wanted for lunch rather than attending to their customers. My nails and toenails chipped four hours later and the paint job was uneven. I do not recommend this place. The service was way overpriced for what crappy job we got. Read Less

I hate writing bad reviews but I felt like I should write a review after my experience here. I had a pedicure and had a wonderful experience in the salon. However, the polish was peeling off that night and 3 days later almost all of the polish had peeled off and I had to get another pedicure somewhere else. Had a horrible experience at this salon. I came in for a mani pedi and the older Asian lady that helped me was AWFUL. She was rude, abrupt and seemed to purposefully be as rough as she could be with the cuticle pusher and foot scrubber. She was going to use an old and dirty yellow half piece of a pumice stone. When I asked her to not use it she seemed to become angry and acted that way the rest of my interaction with her. The massage chair was broken and didn't look to be sanitized. I had a bad experience at this salon. When I talked to the manager at the Sioux Falls location, she told me to take my problem up with Canada, the owner. I left a message and sent an email to the owner on Monday. It is now Friday and there has been no response. Due to management's lack of concern for their clientele, I will take my business elsewhere.UPDATE: The owner did eventually get in touch with me and we were able to iron out the issue.  While I still feel that their online reservation system is clunky and non user-friendly, I do love the quality of the manicure I get there. I don't agree with the way the manager at the 69th Street location handled my complaint, so I am going to start going to the new Dawley Farms location and hope for the best! Read Less
