Extremely Rude staff & management. Made my fingers bleed. Overpriced. The guy my sister had got very annoyed when she asked the price of things. He was NOT clear on what she was getting done. Was in from out of state for a wedding. We decided to go get a Mani pedi. Worst experience ever. Staff was very rude and even mean. Both of us had our toes nicked and was painful. They rushed through our nails have air bubbles all through Polish. Don't use this place. Read Less

I came in looking for a certain style, asked if the could and how much. The answer, yes and 55. So I said sure, but as she was working I noticed I had to have her fix things after she did them, like 20 times. So I knew and she knew this was not going to be an easy time. Needless to say they smacked talked me and I'm sure they knew I was talking about them too, lol. Catty ladies who talk about their customers and don't care about the work. Let me start by saying I am NEVER one to complain. Normally I love coming here for pedicures. However, during my most recent visit, I decided to try their acrylic nails which was a huge mistake! It all started with the rude nail tech! He sat down with a disgusting attitude which automatically ruined the entire experience. He was breathing hard and sucking his teeth the entire time as if he didn’t want to work. He never spoke, except to only of course recommend gel polish and he even yelled at me! Through it all I still kept my composure. My nails ended up crooked and uneven but I was so over the whole situation that I didn’t even want him to fix anything. Unfortunately he did my pedicure which lasted about 10 minutes tops. In the end I payed about 80 dollars for a trashy full set and unexpectable service! Read Less

I have been coming here for months. In the beginning, their service was exceptional. I felt that their work was so good that I made it my permanent place to get my nails done. Things got worse as I started to visit more often. I started to get the Dip Powder nails and after 2 weeks, they began to crack in the middle every time. I just went in today for a soak-off and an acrylic overlay with gel polish. The nail technician that I received today had the worst attitude that I've ever experienced in a nail salon. With every little request I had, he attempted to charge an extra fee. When I asked him to shape my nails in a coffin shape, he told me that it was $5.00 extra. I was willing to pay, but as he was shaping my nails, I noticed that he was shaping them in a square rather than a coffin.  Not to mention, he kept filing my skin with the nail tool. When I told him that my nails were more square than coffin, he got another attitude and asked me to waited on his boss. Needless to say, I paid $35 for the minimal service that I received and I left. Second time I've been here. Both experiences have been good. Fast service, clean and beautiful pedicure each time. They have cute little chairs for ypunger ppl pedis which is just adorable. The people there have been very nice and thorough in making sure they understand what you want. Great selection of nail colors. Not all of them are top line but still very nice colors. This time the boyfriend came along with me as he needed some foot attention. They did a great job making him feel comfortable and relaxed. He definitely enjoyed the calf massage and scrub (he almost fell asleep). I was able to soak and relax a little longer since he went before me - which was great! The chair massaged out all the back aches I have. They had an influx of about 6 ppl come in at same time as us so it took a little longer than normal. We were still out within an hour. Worst gel fill I've had in 3 years. Acrylic is so thick and the polish is just gloopy. Shape is not consistent and underneath was not filed so it's rough. I also have paper cuts in three fingers because he was filing the edges so roughly with no regard to my skin. When I went in my nails looked like my natural nails and when I came out, I looked like I had on $3 press on nails. I'm going to have to try another salon just to get these fixed.
