The place recently went under new ownership and the new owners are great! Very clean, relaxing, and outstanding customer service! The staff was professional and caring. They did a great job on my nails and even tested the color out before applying, to make sure it was what I wanted. When finished he asked me to take a look at my nails to make sure I was satisfied with them. When I was finished with my pedicure, one of the staff members took my hand and helped me out of the chair (since my toes were just done) ..its the little things that count! I highly suggest this place to anyone in the Summerville area! Also, the wait wasn't bad at all, however, one of the owners seemed to think that I was waiting long and gave me 20% off the total! I called late on a Sunday asking if they had time to do a fill. They were very willing to accommodate me which I appreciated very much. I'don't had my nails done out of town the day before and they did an awful job. When I got there Karen (?) looked at my nails and we together determined that they needed to be completely redone. So she took the old nails off and re-did my gel nails. Karen did an absolutely beautiful job, they truly look amazing. I am so pleased! I don't think my nails have ever looked this good ever! Their work isn't terrible, but I won't be back. One of my nails that were put on is a little crooked, but you have to be staring. I noticed that a couple spots on my nails didn't get polished all the way, but once again it's not that noticeable. What I dislike, the man who did my nails this second and last time I went the man I had was still learning. He took a really long time and made them too thick. Someone else had to take over. He also cut my cuticles on two of my fingers with the grinder. They are also very pushy with trying to sell gel nails. It's uncomfortable how much they try and sell it. Read Less

i came this nail salon 2 days ago . It's so pretty with my pedicure . With $30 for salt scrub , 2 time massage and hot towels is not expensive . The techinician was friendly,funny and professional . This place looks new and clean too . i love it . Read Less

The first time i came this nail salon . They were remodeling and i just took a picture at the front . 3 days later , i tried to come back and i was so beautiful with everything . i can tell you it's very nice and clean . I got $35 for Gel full set and The nail techinician was very skillful and experienced . I got my nail done many places before but never seen someone who did my nails pretty like that .
