I love the staff and they did an excellent job on my nails. It was crowded and they still managed to NOT make me wait. It is small and decor could use a little updating but wouldn't hesitate to go there again. Read Less

The man there did my nails but he did an okay job. He didn't even focus on his job because the whole time.he should have been focusing on my nails he was scaring my 4 year old baby brother!!! First let me start by saying the day I went it was my birthday.... the parking lot was empty and I should've knew I was going to have a bad experience then .. anyways i wanted to feel relaxed and pampered on my birthday !!!!!!! I had 3 people on my nails one cutting , one laying the acrylic and buffing my nails they rushed and it took them like 10 mins I brought my little sister with me, so we could get our pedicures done at the same time and relax and talk.. we had to tell them MULTIPLE times to not do her pedicure because we wanted them done together !!!!! Finally when I yelled it was my birthday and the plan was for us to get them done together they stopped trying !!! During the pedicures you cannot touch the message control i don't know why... but while We was getting ours done they stopped at like 10 mins and we wasn't even done getting out pedicures yet so they got mad at us for trying to turn the messages back on ... anyways my nails were ABSOLUTELY Horrible it looked like I needed a filling and to cover it her painted over it to hide it like I couldn't see it secondly my pedicure WAS TRASH NEVER GO THERE PLEASE I BEG YOU ! I would not recommend anybody go here... I went today to get my eyebrows waxed and they were so rude. They laughed as if it was joke when I walked in and said that's what i wanted. Their parking lot was empty when I pulled up and now I see why. The lady that did my brows did a great job but she was so snippy with me and you could tell she had an attitude from her body language. Terrible nail technicians! It's like they never went to cosmetology school. My acrylics were rushed, lumpy, and looked horrible honestly skip right past this place and go somewhere else on the same street there are many other places in Hillcrest however if you're in the bowling Springs area go to palace nails they have excellent service! I've been coming here for many years. I never complained about a thing, minor issues here and there but no big deal. But I went back last week (August 2015) and I left absolutely livid. About half way through my pedi I noticed the massage chair wasn't on.  I'd taken an important call and hadn't noticed. I asked them to turn it on. Myself as well as the lady beside me, and a teenager were told that they no longer turn chair massagers on for anyone who is overweight because they may be too heavy and damage the rolling balls. What?!?!?! Because you had one heavy person damage a chair you change the rules and the experience. But we had to pay the same price, there is no signage....they just decide who is or isn't too heavy. Way to ruin a little bit of someone's time that is supposed to be relaxing! Read Less

Visiting from out of town,accompanying the mother of the groom to obtain a pedicure.Only one other person in the salon so I did not think it would be so objectionable if I sat next to my friend while she was enjoying her pedicure. OH NO! This was completely unacceptable! I even offered to pay $10 for the right to occupy the chair!I would not and can not advise any patronage of this establishment.Not with numerous others on the same street as this!PASS!  PASS!
