I went and got gel over lays with my sister because we don't like acrylic which use to be $15 dollars and pedicures which to my knowledge is 25 which, we did get designs so I can see the 35 for my feet and they are fine but my nails cracked after a couple of hours! I paid 77 and left a 5 tip. I have been calling to speak with the manager for four days but he is never there, I ask when he will be and all I get back is idk. Do not go to this salon. My daughter got gel nails and they came off within 24 hours. The woman didn't know how to do them properly. When I called to complain, the woman that answered the phone said she didn't speak any English. Read Less

PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST! The older lady CANNOT do nails! She just cut my nails down to nothing TRYING to shape them into coffin shape & then when she asked if I liked them I was honest and said no ma'am in a very nice way! She made me leave and wouldn't even repair the nail she filed away! If she was younger I would have called the police and filed an official complaint but I was mindful of her age however her daughter has no excuse for her unprofessional treatment.👊🏼 Read Less

Horrible is the best word I can use for this place. It's not even worth 1 star. It used to be a decent place to get a manicure/pedicure until about 5 months ago. I get a gel polish color change about every 2 weeks, and about 5 months ago when I went they appeared to have a complete staff change and I received horrible service including a horrible manicure. I then started using another local nail salon for my every 2 week gel polish change. Recently I received a gift certificate there for my birthday. Although I dreaded going back, I felt it to be a waste to not use my gift certificate. I went yesterday to get a color change and the lady cut my fingers & skin to the quick using the nail file. I ask for a rather simple service of a French gel polish color change. Two hours after leaving (and I only had been shoe shopping, no cleaning or strenuous activity etc) I noticed my nail polish on every single nail had started to crack. I immediately called them and was told to come back at 9 the next morning to have it corrected. I returned this morning to have it corrected & I ended up leaving with uglier nails than I did when I went in there. The lady of course apologized, but then insinuated that I had damaged my nails after leaving. It's been 4 hours since I left from getting the second/correction French manicure and my polish has already begun to crack for the second time. My skin around my nails are cut in about​ 5 different places and my cuticle are swollen & red from their roughness and them continuing to go over my skin repeatedly with the nail file & buffer. I will never allow these people to have another chance to touch my nails again. I am stuck with an ugly French manicure for awhile because my nails & skin are too damaged to go for another polish change for at least another week.
