I don’t get my nails done often, mostly because I work with boxes 24/7. However, after trying 5 different salons throughout Charlotte, Fort Mill and Rock Hill, I fell in love with this nail destination a year ago. The staff is family, and treats you like family. I recommend them to everyone, and never leave disappointed. They always remember me, and make me feel comfortable, and valued. They are prejudice and unwelcoming. I just wanted one nail repair and the man told me I had to wait two and a half hours. Unbelievable and ignorant thoughts come to mind, when I think of this place. NEVER again. However, I'm sure they're happy about that. because my skin is brown. Read Less

I was here for work and decided to get a manicure and pedicure. I went in as a walk-in and Kevin helped me right away! He was so nice and did a fabulous job! The price was amazing and I would highly recommend this place! Read Less

I personally won’t be going back. I went to get a gel manicure. I wasn’t greeted at all despite there being no one else in the shop. I had to actually go up to the nail tech (after standing around awkwardly for a minute) who was just sitting on her phone right in front of me. She was very unfriendly, wouldn’t even look me in the face as she barked at me to pick out a color. I sit down, she clips my nails, throws on the gel polish and says “$35.” The whole process didn’t even take 10 minutes and my nails were embarrassingly bad. Worst of all, she was still acting indignant! Wouldn’t look at me and had her arms crossed as if she was waiting for me to challenge her (bc she knew she did an awful, slipshod job), as if I was the one who ignored her, spoke unnecessarily harshly to her when deigning to speak to her at all, and serviced her to the least of my abilities. I don’t know what was eating her that day but I hope she’s better now or found a more suitable job where she won’t be so miserable. Read Less

Most expensive ($48) and worst gel pedicure I have had. The experience was "not bad", but the price made it very average. Now, a mere 6 hours later, the polish (reminder; gel polish) is peeling.Don't waste you money. Very disappointed. Read Less

I come here just about every two weeks. All the techs know me by name and I get a warm welcome when I come through the door. I read a previous review for here where someone stated that they don't have a wide variety of gel polish but that is simple NOT true. The staff is very friendly! Tina is my favorite, she always ask about my Mom and brother who stop in with me frequently for pedicures. They do speak to each other in "their" language sometimes but when my mom is with me I speak to her in "my language". (Refer to the negative review made by the narrow minded person below to comprehend the reasoning for my comment.) I've never had a bad experience here. They always take their time, and I'm not sure what they do but my gel polish last longer having it done here than anywhere else I've been. Upscale nail is the place to go for sure! Read Less

This was my mine & my husbands first time goingThey were amazing the salon is very updated top of the line equipment & the decor very stylish very relaxing atmosphere, very very clean, our pedicure was one of the best we have had in awhile & we have been going to salons for 20 years , I also had a full set with gel & Kevin was very attentive to how I wanted them I would have to say they exceeded our expectations by far & we will go back, their prices are competitive with other salons in this area & for the cleanliness & service I'm willing to pay a little more I noticed as we were there He & his wife knew the clients by name  , they don't overbook  which is also a plusMy husband was also very happy ... thank you Upscale Nails for an amazing experience Read Less

I think it took him 15 minutes to do a full manicure. They use gross hot pocket gloves instead of manicure bowls. I have never got a manicure without soaking in a water bowl. The massage was like 10 seconds on each hand with lotion that smells like cheap dog shampoo. They have very few colors in gel and really rushed us to pick a color. They spoke to each other the whole time in their language and only talked to me when they needed my shape preference and to pay, which was the same price as going to a nail bar $30 which offer you a drink and pleasant convo.
