I got my nails done here and the service was ok but the work was awful !!! my nails broke the same week and the product is so damn cheap !!! I will never go back to this salon. I also got my feet done...
I got my nails done here and the service was ok but the work was awful !!! my nails broke the same week and the product is so damn cheap !!! I will never go back to this salon. I also got my feet done and she did a rush job the salon was empty due to I went when the shop first opened in the morning there was no reason to do a rush job . The gel polish is cheap and comes off so fast NEVER AGAIN if I could give 0 stars I would.

As a business owner I have to say I am appauled at the lack of acknowledging fault and correcting the issue. I Was a new customer, they took me in 30 min before closing for a pedicure. The only time i had in between running a business was that sat evening. I hate assuming, but Id say it was a rush job. I showed her before i left that the polish wasn't clean and my cuticles were not cleared out.. She attempted to fix, but it was still shotty work. For $27 a BASIC pedicure Id expect clean work. I normally do not do reviews, benefit of the doubt noones perfect HOWEVER when I went back in to show the owner/mgr the work.. He said I had to pay again! Are you kidding me, all i wanted was clean toes, skip the polish if you have too. He knocked the price down to $23. Unbelievable..it looks like a student had Practice on my feet. Never again. Buyer beware!

Let me just say that customer service was great...However, not very satisfied with my Mani and Pedi with over lay on nails. It actually looks like I did them my self, cuticles are uneven, nail polish...
Let me just say that customer service was great...However, not very satisfied with my Mani and Pedi with over lay on nails. It actually looks like I did them my self, cuticles are uneven, nail polish all over the edges, not enough polish on some edges. Its not good. Sorry wont be back. Michael did my nails. Disappointed for the amount of money I paid.

Doesnt even look like i got a fill was talking to someone the whole time he did my nails. I told him to clean up around my nails he had polish on my cuticles. Just moved here didnt know where to go. Someone told me to go here but apparently I went to the wrong location. Waste of money will not be going back. Disappointed😡

The people here are rude and they will stop doing your nails or feet just to help someone else. I came in at 5:30 pm to get my nails done then a lady comes in at 6: 35 and by the way the close at 7pm....
The people here are rude and they will stop doing your nails or feet just to help someone else. I came in at 5:30 pm to get my nails done then a lady comes in at 6: 35 and by the way the close at 7pm. she wanted her feet and hands done the same day. Instead of telling her to come back a another day. The guy stop doing my nails to start on her. I think they are very rude. I will never go to this nail salon again. Horrible service

I have been going here for years and always had a good experience. If you are wanting the pampering and a glass of wine then this is not your place. Set your expectations accordingly.

A couple weeks ago I went into get my nails done. They were very nice but I paid $35 for a set of acrylics and gel on top and then gave him a 5 buck tip. They chipped the same night. By the next day it looked like my nails went through a wood chipper. I used to pay 25 for the same thing but that last me with perfection for 3 weeks. I will never go back here. They obviously have no idea what they are doing. Not worth the price. My toddler can do a better job.

Came in to have a pedicure with my mom, when I arrived they were not that busy. They had us have a seat in the pedicure chairs and didn't even put water in them. Came back by 15 minutes later and fill...
Came in to have a pedicure with my mom, when I arrived they were not that busy. They had us have a seat in the pedicure chairs and didn't even put water in them. Came back by 15 minutes later and filled them with water, the chairs wouldn't work for a massage .... After waiting 35 minutes she came up to me stating," the people that just walked in had an appointment so I need to do them first!!!" She finally put water so I could put my feet down. I ask her why she waited to walk over to me she had 35 minutes before her appointments arrived. This is the worst customer service I've ever had and I will not be back here again.

Absolutely horrible, i will never go here again. No prices listed. They had only 3 people working. The guy painted my toe nails and got enough paint on my toes them selves. I got gel polish taken off ...
Absolutely horrible, i will never go here again. No prices listed. They had only 3 people working. The guy painted my toe nails and got enough paint on my toes them selves. I got gel polish taken off and there is still gel polish on my nails. He filed them poorly as well. When I checked out he said $10.00 for toes, sounds about right. And $10.00 to take off gel polish, i said oh wow I usually pay like $5.00 at the most. And he went off on me. I told him comments like that are not necessary to a customer I will not be back. He said k thank you. His name was Michael.

I have nothing but nice things to say. The man there use to do my nails a year ago and I was always happy. I moved back to rock hill and just visited there yesterday and the guy was still there. He was very accommodating to my needs, gentle on my nails and they look absolutely perfect. I got an acrylic mani set. Making this my official nail place again. I wish I could remember the guys name so I could refer him.
