If I could leave no stars, I would! I come here all the time and I spend $60-$90 and always tip! I’m a manger myself and work in customer service, so I definitely know how customers are supposed to be treated. I went today to get my nails done and my nail tech Linda had a nasty attitude because I asked her for my nails to be a little thick and she made them thin and had to put more acrylic on them and started snatching my hand and having an attitude. I asked her did someone else need to finish my nails, because I come here all the time and never have issues, and she became nice again. At this point I’m pissed. Then when I went to pay she handed another nail tech my bill and let her cash me out. I always tip and it’s still messing with me because I didn’t today. That was her loss on $10. But to top it off the manager was sitting at the front and I said she must be having a bad day because I never have issues when I come here and the manager just kept scrolling on her phone. She didn’t once look at me nor apologize! I will not be returning even though I drive from Heath Springs to get my nails done I will go somewhere else that wants my hard earned money!

I have been multiple times but last night my husband and I went for a pedicure and it was a wonderful experience. It was my husband's first pedicure and he thoroughly enjoyed it. The ladies were amazing and took their time to make sure both of our toes were perfect, they didn't rush like some places. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a great environment and beautiful nails and toes from some of the sweetest ladies.💗💗💗

This was my favorite place to go. Until my last visit. I had a manicure, pedicure, and my eyebrows done. I went on a Saturday so of course the salon is close on Sunday. Monday I called back because after waiting hours to put my feet into my bedroom shoes, my toes messed up. I called to see if they could fix them I was told i was going to have to pay remind you two days ago I had just spent 90 dollars. I refuse to pay when the policy is two days and the shop is closed on Sunday. This was my favorite place to go now I am currently looking for somewhere else.

This is a very well designed salon. I’ve visited 3 times 1)pedicure 2)fill-in 3)Gel manicure; had appts for 1-2. Each visit had a 30-45 min wait. Services always feel rushed even when shop not busy. This place is getting a 2 because the service results are not good. Got gel on a Friday it was chipping by that Sunday. Fill-in was lumpy. I’m only returning to this place if someone else pays for it. NOT WITH MY HARD EARNED MONEY!!

This place is terrible! The nail tech was very rude, rushed through my manicure, cut me and hacked up my cuticles. Also talked on the phone the entire time. Will not be going back.

I got my nails done last Saturday for my sons dance . Granted they were busy but when she did my nails , her services were very friendly . I called today at 930 wasn’t rude didn’t make a big deal . I advised that my nails were chipping , i have gotten colored acrylic and my nails have split down the middle and all of my nails have cracked to the point where they are popping off . So i was told that they “ couldn’t do anything for me “ , bc it was a week out . Granted i do not want a free service but they need to be aware of the techs and customer service and the mistakes needed to be fixed . Very disappointed in them . Granted they are not my usual tech it was a last min thing and i wanted my hands look decent for the dance.

It was busy, we were told to sit at the back bar to wait. We were marked off the list and not called.
I went to front desk after around 45 minutes to see how much longer to see we were crossed off the list and customers who came in after us were in the middle of having their nails done.
My nails looked horrible, even after asking the nail tech to fix two of my nails, they still looked awful. I was already late for the baby shower I was attending or i would have insisted they be fixed. I have been hiding my hands in embarrassment. I will never go back to this nail salon!
I have been looking for a place to regularly have my nails done, most places are acceptable. This place is not!
The photo is what I asked for and what I got. I did ask for a different color. Two of my nails have a dip between the tip and my nail.

New tech kept trying to ups sale me for s and l powder mess I told her I want oval nail. She put the powder on and gave me short square nails. I was pissed 😡 I told manager on duty she said come back next week like wtf. She also forgot she had to paint my toes. I was literally being pushed out the shop. So she seen I was not going to tip and started screaming and yelling in her native language.. and everybody was looking at me! Soooooo embarrassing.... I been going to these guys since they opened I never expected to be treated the way I did! They really lost a good customer!

Never again!!! i only used to come to this location because of Eric who is no longer here. Nail tech who could barely speak English messed up my nails and put the wrong color on it after showing how my nails were all different shapes the Asian woman wanted to argue with me instead of making there business look good. They were making racist jokes and i refuse to support them horrible!!

The first time I went here was September 1 2017 I came upon this nail shop cause I actually had a nail appointment at another nail shop around the corner from them but stayed there 45min without getting any service when people who came in after me was getting service. I fell in love with this place.. The place is extremely clean and everyone was very professional... I got a pedicure and full set paid $70 didn't mind at the time cause I was in love with my nails and my feet fe...lt wonderful. The reason I only gave them 2 stars was because by September 10 4 of my nails had came completely off. By September 15 (2 weeks after the day I suppose to get a fill in) I only had 3 nails left... Now when I got my nails done I told the guy who did my nails that I work in fast food and I need a full set that would last. I thought about going back to get a fill in then I thought about it would be cheaper just to get a full set and why go back there just so your nails can come back off in a week... I come here every 2 weeks and I do love Eric my nail tech to the point that if they mess up my appt time I will wait over 30 minutes to see him. I came in today 5 minutes late for my appointment and they stated that was too late so he took another client. I am very disappointed that they couldn't wait on me five minutes but I have waited on them multiple times for over 30 minutes.

So I called the manager at TK Nails and he said that if a customer doesn't come back between 2 to 3 days of getting their nails they can't fix them.... He asked me what I've been doing that would cause me to break 4 of my real nails in a week's time. Nigga the same thing that I've been doing for the last few months when they weren't broken I said well it hasn't even been 7 days so I'm confused. The absolute worst. Spent $70 on a gel manicure and pedicure that barely lasted 2 days. Each day, a nail either chips or peels completely off. Save your money.

I went to front desk after around 45 minutes to see how much longer to see we were crossed off the list and customers who came in after us were in the middle of having their nails done.
