Most horrible experience before I even sat in The chair to get my nails done! No one greeted me, no one wanted to do my nails! I'm a manager at a salon, so we are in the beauty industry! I'm about customer service and so are my employees! She didn't ask me how I wanted them, so I proceeded to tell her and she got very rude to me! I wanted to walk out! I WILL NEVER RETURN! EVER! Ann did mine so I think whomever owns this salon, needs to put her threw some social classes! Also an older lady was turning people away ad I was there, just awful! No one was friendly and seemed to not want there job!

Absolutely rude.
Walked in with my daughter so she could get her nails painted. The lady looked aggravated with the fact that I was there for my daughter to get her nails done. We sat there for 20+ minutes. No one said anything to us. So we walked out. Will not be coming back.

I was looking for a great Nail salon and I stumbled upon Star Nails. Let me say that the place is VERY CLEAN. Ann who maybe the owner(not sure) is kind of rude and so is Kim. I received a fill-in, eyebrow wax and Pedicure. Kim did my nails and Im actually impressed that they turned out so well! She also did my eyebrows and Im not so impressed. They still look bushy and not cleaned up. CAM did my Pedicure and she was very sweet and she did an amazing job on my toes. I really like her personality, very customer service oriented! I will be back because they do good work but if Anne's and Kim's attitude don't improve, I will have to change salons yet again! BAD ATTITUDES = NO LOYALTY! Ask for CAM for a PEDI!

Clean place and didn't have to wait. But was not satisfied with my nails. I got a fill in and I like my nails short. The guy made my nails look super thick and not natural. my nails look like I had club nails. The polish wasn't even either.

Not a good business to spend your money.. One of the associates did a rush job on my nails so I chose not to go back to her. The other associates knew that I didn't want her doing my nails and still forced me to sit at her booth. Once I stated my disapproval they claimed that no one could do my nails bc of appointments but I was the only one waiting in the salon. You still had two people just standing around and refused to do my nails.

Most horrible experience before I even sat in The chair to get my nails done! No one greeted me, no one wanted to do my nails! I'm a manager at a salon, so we are in the beauty industry!
