I went in last week I got the Ombre done on my nails they didn't last a week and they started falling off so I went back the following day and tell her what's going...

I went in last week I got the Ombre done on my nails they didn't last a week and they started falling off so I went back the following day and tell her what's going and the manager told me it was because my nails were too long and that was going to happen and if I wanted to get them fixed she was going to charge me $3 for every nail

Love this place! I have 3 jobs that are extremely hard on my nails and they hardly ever break!! Vicky's husband doesn't speak much English but gives the BEST pedicures!!

I came for a fill-in, however I needed my gel polish removed. I paid an extra $5 to have it removed and it was not fully removed there were many of spots still visible after changing the color of my p...
I came for a fill-in, however I needed my gel polish removed. I paid an extra $5 to have it removed and it was not fully removed there were many of spots still visible after changing the color of my polish. I could still see my previous color, which shouldn't have been. Also my new polish has air bubbles in it and lint. I spoke with the manager of the salon and was told the tech had done the best that she could. Which was clearly not true! I asked if they could just removed the gel polish spots from the previous color and to reapply another coat of polish to smooth out the finish color on my nails but nothing was done. Tech totally ignored my request and the manager was no better. The services I requested were very simple and to a minimum. Techs are moving too fast to concentrate on their client's needs. I'm a very unhappy customer. I feel as though I've overpaid for some tacky nails. I would never recommend someone to use this place of business. Customer service skills are very poor at this salon.

My appointment was at 10 as soon as they opened. They didnt open until 15 minutes after 10. And there was only one nail tech who serviced another customer with out an appointment before me.

Absolutely ADORE this place! Best service SO FAR, I had been going to them a little over a year! I stopped going for a few months , AND she still REMEMBERED ME even asked about my baby whom I was still pregnant with the last time I visited made my visit with her feel more personal!

I came for a fill-in, however I needed my gel polish removed. I paid an extra $5 to have it removed and it was not fully removed there were many of spots still visible after changing the color of my polish.
