I won't ever get my nails done at this place again. My nails chipped in 2 days I went back to have it fixed and Annie had a attitude! If they were done correctly in the beginning I wouldn't had to go back. Don't waste your time or money!

Got the SnS (dip) and both times the polish started chipping and peeling within days of getting them. Either the product or the application sucks.

Been going there since they opened, very clean place. Love the atmosphere and it’s the only place my husband will go for his pedicure. Love they are open on Sunday

Pretty happy I chose to stop here for a mani & pedi. The tech that waited on me was very attentive and personable and she did not rush the process despite other clients waiting which is HUGE for me especially in the service industry. This place has a plethora of color choices from regular polish, to gel, to dip so having options was definitely not a problem. Very clean and it is wasn't noisy with loud fumes either!

Great staff, very friendly! Love the ease of getting in and out quickly but for same price I can go to other places get served a drink water, pop, wine. But happy with end results.

Lisa is wonderful. She's super attentive & doesn't cut corners. She ensures you like the color selected, asks if you need anything, etc. Definitely recommend!

THIS IS THE ONLY NAIL SPA I'VE EVER BEEN TO THAT DOES NOT SMELL LIKE ACRYLIC!!Excellent family owned business! Miss Annie and her daughters, along with a few others, are the nail techs and they do an amazing job! They're very detailed in their work, and my nails always look great!I get my manicures, full sets, lip waxed, etc here. The pedicures are awesome from the pedicure itself, to the amazing massage chairs that they have! They even have a tiny massage chair for your princess to get her pedicure done too! I truly love going here b/c it is really like family. I've been going since they opened and I have zero complaints!

A friend purchased an expensive gift from this place in the 24th of June 2016 as a birthday gift. We called two days later June 26th to explain the problem.. The friend went to the wrong place We called The Establishment" Magnolia Nail and Spa in Rock Hill SC" and they refused to give us our money back. I explained that this was a gift and that we could not afford to lose the money that they were an hour and a half from our house and I am not going to travel to get my nails done, I explained I wanted a spa treatment from my Magnolia Spa in Fort Mills and that it was a mistake purchase. I was told too bad I am sorry he made a mistake you are not getting your money back. I cried I begged I explained, she said too bad he made a mistake it is not our problem.We found no return policy, and no business sense nor compassion. So they stole the $150 from us. Don't go to this place. I give them a zero

Pretty happy I chose to stop here for a mani & pedi. The tech that waited on me was very attentive and personable and she did not rush the process despite other clients waiting which is HUGE for me especially in the service industry.
