Went to get a gel manicure. The girl kept getting polish all over my hand because she was rushing, didn't scrub or massage my hand like you usually have done when you get a manicure and then looked at me and said ok you're done. You shouldn't have an attitude if you're doing mediocre work. Blush, TK, and L.A. nails will continue to be my go to nail salon. Magic nail is trash. They also made a lady wait to get her nails done while 2 of the other techs were sitting on their phone texting with no customers. #garbage Read Less

I've been coming to magic nails for years and the service has completely declined every time I come the techs are extremely rude and tell you to get a different tech next time when I simply ask for my nails to be filed a little more. Nail techs don't pay attention to work and cut you.i told him he cut me he stated but did you bleed. And they don't charge the prices listed I was charged 26 for a fill in and 3 finger repair fill-ins are 16 and repair is 7 for 3 fingers. Read Less

Ok so I go to get French tip and he painted it on! Like where's the airbrush! Second the acrylic is on the back of 3 of my nails... Supposed to be $25 and charged $30 just to put a clear coat on top of the mess he made...! My daughter was paying for it so I didn't know he added $5 to it... Nice job on our pedicures. We had prompt service and received a good design on our toes. Staff could have been more friendly with customers but they were okay and I would come back.Update: my pedicure lasted 2 weeks before chipping, I'm hard on my feet but with my usual nail place it lasts for 4 weeks... I dunno, I got a pedicure yesterday, and I think they did a very good job, but I'm still somewhat seething over the guy that was working in the front & how he treated me. I walked in and asked for a pedicure... he said, "fine, go pick a color."  I asked if they had a restroom I could use first.  He said, "We don't have them" and then laughed at me.  When I asked why he was laughing at me, he points to the end of the store, and says, "You see a bathroom right there? No, we don't have a bathroom."  I asked him if it was ok for me to use it, and he laughed at me again.  I guess this was his version of being funny, but for a customer being in the salon for the first time, I was offended.  Thankfully, that guy was not doing my pedicure.  He was abrasive & cocky with everyone.Pedicure was $22, and they've got a pretty good selection of OPI polishes.  No complaints about the pedicure itself, which I'd give 4 stars.
