I went to Lee Nails on Sunday afternoon at 4:30 with a friend. We waited about 30 minutes to get our nails done. We felt that the nail techs were rushing to get our nails done so they could leave at 6:00. One of the techs was talking on her phone while she was doing my nails saying that she couldn't wait to get off work. We would have rather come back another day than be so rushed. I had acrylic nails put on, when I told the nail tech they were too long and too square she ignored me. When I got home I had to cut them down. I would not recommend this nail shop to anyone. Horrible customer service!!!!! I made an appointment & they took someone else before me. I asked to have my nails soaked off & the lady told me no, she would pop them off because it was quicker for her. I didn't get anything done i got up and left. The first time i went there i had a bad experience as well. The lady was very rude & impatient. I will NEVER go to this salon again. Read Less

Never again, come in sign up at 2:42 30 min she says so we wait they put us in chairs water scalding, sit here they finish up 2 folks Drew gets really nice tech, the other one ignores me goes paints 2 little girls nails that came in AFTER us, then she walks out! It is now 3:47 they are finished with Drew and oh did you want a pedicure, noooo I'm sitting her with feet in cold water. Sorry never again! Read Less

I have been going to Lee Nails for 16 years & never had any problems other than all the technicians get on their cell phones while working on you which I think is wrong they should be focusing on the customersFour separate times I have made an appointment to get both pedi & fill in and 2 of those appointments I ended up with either my nails done or pedi she claimed she ran out of time and couldn't provide the next service due to her next appointment was there and I needed to come back the next day which I would , the other : appointments I set at the pedi tub waiting 30 min past my appt time while she was doing another ladies nail I got up & left , the next time I had an appointment as soon as they opened & waited as my technician didn't show up so I left & did inform them I wouldn't be back I always tipped her 20%  don't understand how they don't care how they make people feel Read Less
