If I could give no stars I would. I haven't had my nails done in a while, but I know poor work when I see it. First the job was rushed, nails were crooked, when I asked to have them fix, they kept trying to file them... Remove the nail and place it correctly would have been the proper thing to do. I was due to get eyebrows done, but decided against it because of the bad nail job.

I had a great time they were busy and had a lot of people waiting for service and they really did a great job getting us in and out with out having to wait for a long time

Terrible service, the lady that did my nails rushed through it my nail polish is sloppy as hell, then the first time I came to the place they charged me $35 and today with this terrible job they charg...
Terrible service, the lady that did my nails rushed through it my nail polish is sloppy as hell, then the first time I came to the place they charged me $35 and today with this terrible job they charged me $40 and then I didn’t even get the style that I wanted I asked for stiletto tip and got something totally different I WILL NOT BE RETURNING

I went to K nails and the service was HORRIBLE! The owner Andy did my nails & I had a number of issues with him. 1st he burned a piece of my cuticle with the electric nail file, to the point that I started to bleed a little. He acted like he did nothing wrong so I pointed it out to him & he started that he burns everyone & it was just a little burn. I showed him that my finger was bleeding and he told me "I could go 2 the doctor later but right now he do nails & 2 go wash my hands at the sink". My boyfriend happened to be in the nail shop & asked Andy about it & he said he didn't know what happened to my finger and it's not a big deal. So, after my boyfriend got done talking to him he claimed that he "took $5 off my total" which I'm not even sure he did, & then snapped a picture of my hand. I was so disrespected and uncomfortable that I wanted to cry! His wife Kim came over & tried to nicely apologize. My nails turned out ok but if Andy doesn't take a lesson in soft skills his poor customer service will be the down fall of his business.
