Best nail place around. I went there a couple weeks after being turned down twice in a month at one nail salon and being told I need a appointment at another. The first reason for giving one star is the bathroom is disgusting! The toilet looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. The second reason is because I paid $60 for individual lash extensions and the glue burns your eyes while she’s applying them, once she was done I looked in the mirror and it looks as if I never had any “extensions” applied. I just let after having my eye lashes removed because they burned my eyes with the glue and they burned for three days. I was told to have them remove them and not take them off myself so I went to have them removed and because the person who put them on wasn't there I was told me to come back the next day (really). I came back and I begged her to make sure I still had my own lashes left when finished, well when I looked in the mirror after the painful experience I had very little of my own eyelashes left. Exquisite Nail Spa was the best place to unwind in High Point. I was very happy at here. They greeted with a HELLO when I stepped in. Went in for a pedicure and a fill in with repair. Fill in from male staff was great. Time for my fill in and the female staff clearly doesn't know what she's doing. She starts clipping off my nails without asking me what I want. When I tell her she's hurting me, she disregards what I'm saying. I'm questioning her as to why she's taking off my nails and telling her I need a repair not a full set, she called me "stupid!" Needless to say, I walked out. Rude as hell!!! Poor customer service! Did not listen to what customer asked of her to do. Was extremely disrespectful towards myself and a close friend who was with me about our eyebrows. Telling me I would look more beautiful if I let her clean my eyebrows up. My eyebrows are not bad! Then she continued to complain about my cuticles and skin being dry. I was looking for a place to get my nails done around somewhere I was going to an appointment. I found Exquisite Nail Spa in Rock Hill and it had great ratings so I thought I would try it out. I always come for a full set with gel color and a pedicure. Whoever works on my nails always makes sure the length/shape are what I prefer before moving forward. I have never left here unsatisfied with the work or service I've received. Massage chairs are amazing during your pedicure, all the while you sip hot green tea or water. Went to this nail salon and now my thumb is twice it's size and infected and has pushed threw out the cuticle. I do not recommend anyone to try this nail spa because it has the look but definitely doesn't provide the service of a high tech spa! Read Less

I love this salon since the new owners have taken over! Nancy usually does my nails and she does an excellent job! Today Carol did my nails, and I'm very happy with them, she did excellent too! They are always patient and take their time to make sure that I am happy before I leave! Andy is fun too! He has a great attitude and always makes me smile while I'm there! I have been going to Exquisite Nail Spa for 7 years and I must say I have been one happy customer. Yesterday, my always nail tech was absent and and there is an entire new staff. They each greeted me with smiles and were very friendly and helpful. Sweet young lady, Carol did my nails, excellent job! Andy did my deluxe pedicure, awesome! His sweet wife, Lynn finished up with the polish and she did a great job on eyebrows. Fantastic service and great prices. I've been coming consistently for many years and I always get a great pedicure. I highly recommend this salon and Andy takes care of me. I have rough feet from years of dancing on pointe and teaching aerobics. His leg massages are amazing! They all do a great job of scrubbing the callous/roughness off my feet.
