I’m not from the area. I needed a polish change on a Sunday afternoon. The customer service was missing. No smiles, thanks you’s. I usually only come to this location and they are nice enough for the most part. I came in to get my eyebrows waxed and the lady was pretty rough. I didn’t notice until I got to my car but she did take some of my skin off under my eye. My brows look good but it looks like I got punched in the eye. Read Less

Went here to get my nails Filled in wasn’t in any rush but apparently some lady comes in and sits down for like 5 mins and gets up and about to leave.... I had just sat down in the guys chair he didn’t take his time he rushed on my nails just to get the sale that was about to walk out he sent me to the girl who said she only do something which wasn’t what I was in there for he rushed on my fill in my hands look like I could’ve painted them and I’m soo not satisfied I will ne...ver come back. I guess since I had just got off work I must’ve looked like i didn’t have any money or maybe because I met my friends in there and we was doing a lot of talking and maybe he thought I was in a rush but they made my pregnant butt who had just got off get up several times I went to one seat to the next seat to finally the girl who said she basically don’t do nails painted my nails so fast and it look like my niece could’ve did this at home for me smh never again. Do not let the older guy do your nails! He is so bad I am not even kidding! I wish I had looked at the reviews he sucks so freaking bad!!! I have old polish under the acrylic nails aren't even shaped and he cut them down so much I don't even have nails at this point! Really pissed and they don't care. I visited yesterday as a walk-in. They were very polite and professional. The manager asked me if I was in any hurry before we started and I actually was so he made sure to have two nail techs take care of me at the same time for my mani/pedi. 5 star service hands down! This is the worst place to get your nails done!! I did mines and I completely hated them, didn't liked them at all. I did acrylics and they putted a curved tip wich I didn't like also I wanted them square but a little cuffin but they wanted to charge 5 more dollars for that. I ended paying 26 dollar... Go somewhere else..... I came here because my normal place was booked for the day and my nails needed an emergency fixing! The lady that did my nails was too rough. The entire process was unpleasant and took way too long with drilling, filing and more filing. Very unprofessional!!! The owner did my nails n did them wrong. I still end up paying. Told me to come.back in 2weeks to get them taken off, I didn't have to pay. I went yesterday to get the off. And he done went back on what he said. Smfh. So I told him off and will be contacting the BBB about the owner and his business. WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE Or recommend anyone else. In the middle of my pedicure a man walks up to the nail tech that was doing my pedi and has her get up and start on another lady and then her takes over and starts working on me. Every time someone walked in the door he would get up to get them started on their service. My pedicure was rushed so that they could get me out the door. Not relaxing at all. Read Less

I stopped going here a few months ago! The owner seems nice but, his wife is HORRIBLE!! She can't do nails. Not sure why she shows up to prance around and make the others day pretty much a living hell!! Only 2 people there are talented. The girl who sits closest to the wall (forgot her name) and Tram! If you go here only get serviced by them. The others suck! The entire back table of ladies are too rough and can't polish. They also cut you and act as if it's your fault!! Poor service hands down!!! Very rude, didn't do a good job, and on top of that it took the the lady an hour and a half to do my full set which looks like crap! I will never go back! I've only been there once...on a Sunday. They were busy for a Sunday (which in my opinion is a good thing from a business perspective). Anyway, the staff was very polite, very professional, and didn't mind assisting one another in meeting customer expectations. More importantly, my ugly feet looked BEAUTIFUL when I left there! Lol. I went with my mother to get a pedicure and gel nails for her birthday (this is one of the few places open Sunday's). She explained she had a burn on her hand and to try to avoid it, which was totally doable. The worker continued to squeeze the burn atleast 10 times and kept saying "I'm sorry l, I forget" every time, until I finally had to raise my voice and tell her to stop. This is a visible burn on her pinky finger that could've been avoided, it almost seemed like she did it on purpose. I will never return to this god awful place. Read Less

They have very bad service, in experienced staff ,  only one girl Tina knows her work rest are just doing things but don't know what they are doing, I have wasted my money and time going there 2 times , every time I was disappointed. And the manager does not say anything to his staff , they are eating, texting and fighting in their own native language while they are doing your nails, very unfriendly place and bad place to be I do not recommend this place for any educated person . Absolutely the worst nail place in the world! They rush and don't care how it looks or if it hurts. They don't listen at all to what you want. They argue with you when you tell them you want something done a certain way. They tall crap about you when you tell them you want it don't a certain way and then expect you to pay a fortune to repair their mistakes. The atmosphere was beautiful and we enjoyed some wine during our mani/Pedi's.  My complaint would be all the background noise.  It wasn't the music or the sound of drills, but rather the chatter of the employees in their native language.. It made us wonder what they were talking about and whether they were just chatting or talking about us.  There are so many other places to get our nails done, yet no one has gotten the memo on speaking English in the presence of American clients.  There were other employees who made a point to speak English and made the clients happy, but unfortunately at the pedicure chairs there were many conversations that did not involve the English language.  Also we got a deluxe pedicure which usually includes a paraffin wax or extra massage and we received neither.  Shame on us for not bringing it to someones attention.   If feeling comfortable isn't a factor in your spa experience give it a shot...if not I suggest you find another salon that is willing to make you feel like you are priority. This is my go to nail salon! I've been to shops all over Rock Hill but I keep coming back to Envy. In addition to offering nail services, they also offer waxing. I've never had a bad experience here and it's reasonably priced. It's not quite as upscale as Blush but the decor is still really nice. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!! I had a great experience when I got a pedicure and an eyebrow wax so i decided to let them do my acrylic nails. The man did a terrible job, that were crocked, different shapes and started coming off after only a few days. I went back thinking they would fix them and give some sort of discount but they didn't. My mother and I went there today as a girls day out and when we got there the place was packed. The guy at the counter told us it would be 10 minutes. We informed them that we had a massage appointment at 3 and they assured us we would be done way before that. Since we were there at 1, I figured we had plenty of time. Well, I was wrong. They were hopping from client to client leaving half way through treatments and going to the next person and then someone else would start on you. They asked if we wanted the deluxe pedicure and we said sure. There was nothing deluxe about it. They didn't massage my legs or feet and they left me half way through it. They didn't take off all my toe nail polish and I didn't notice until my French was done and I was checking them out. My mom had asked for just a regular nail polish and they did an awful job painting her nails. It was all bubbled and did not cover her whole nail. We both left with nail polish on our skin because they didnt wipe it off. It was $125 for our mani/pedi and it was not worth it at all. I was 2 and a half hours late for my massage. It took almost 3 hours for them to finally finish my nails. Long story short, this place is a rip off and they over charge for half-a** work. Read Less
