Just had ankle surgery and also handicapped. I got out of truck using handicap parking and ramp for scooter only to find a sign on door saying use door on other side. The staff was rude, they didn't book my appointment correctly and somehow that was my fault. They were not willing to correct their problem so I did not receive the services I requested. They still made me pay for those services, when I asked to speak with the manager, they declined to let me speak with her. She was on the phone, but not present in the salon. I ended up having to leave with wet nails. The services were not completed properly and my nails were chipping within 4-5 days! I will not be returning. I wish I could go lower than 1 star. I ended up getting an infection/warts in my nail beds after manicures here. The technicians were clipping and trimming the warts thinking they were callouses and I believed them. I'm having to see a dermatologist monthly to get them cut and burned off for 6-8 months. Which so far has cost me almost $1,000 dollars. No response from calls and emails to Blush. Don't be fooled by the pretty decor. When I called to reschedule, I was delighted to learn that they would make space for me later in the same day. I ended up arriving about 20 minutes early, and that was the only wait I had before my technician, Cory, brought me back promptly at my scheduled time. He was very quiet, but very nice and super accommodating to me and my son. The atmosphere is absolute perfection, and I love the beautiful work done to my nails. Not happy today with my service. People were nice enough. Although my clinician never spoke except for what she had to say like "pick a color". I don't know how she saw anything, the lights were so dim! After I got outside I realized she must not have been able to see because she didn't polish over the cut edge of the nails. Bummer! Blush used to be my go-to nail salon. Now that they have increased in popularity, their customer service is lacking. Scheduling is very difficult. When I called to see if they had any open times for walk ins, I was told "I mean you can come in, but we probably won't be able to see you at all." Both salons have not answered the phone or hung up the phone before even talking to me. There's way too many nail salons in the area for me to waste my time at this one. I have been going to Blush on Celanese every two weeks since September. They are always on time - I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my appointment. The staff are always extremely friendly and the salon is always neat and very clean! Also a great location! Probably a good idea to make an appointment instead of walking in as they tend to stay fairly busy. I highly recommend Blush! Read Less
