The lady that was doing my nails was very disrespectful and kept rolling her eyes at me and when she went to go grab my nail polish it was not the right color I asked for and my nails don’t shine like they were supposed to! And I accidentally wiped off just a little bit of nail polish and it was by accident she yelled out in front of everyone and it was so uncomfortable for me to sit there and yet my nails done. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Please don't waste your time at this place. I went in for a gel manicure and they couldn't have wanted me out fast enough. The first lady shaped and cut (after I told her not to) and then the second lady painted and scooted me out the door. I didn't like the first color I chose so when I asked her to change it, she gave me attitude and then BARELY wiped off the first color when she went to replace it. Now, I still have a brighter pink around the edge of my nails because she was too lazy to get it off of my nail before switching colors. My cuticles weren't even touched and they look awful. I've had good nails and I've had bad. Today, they were done really bad. The paint that was used, looks like it needs at least another coat. There are tiny bubbles all throughout the polish. He got paint on my fingers, all around my nails, and it's not close to my cuticle AT ALL! It looks like I've had them done for a week and I just walked out!! Plus, I was charged 3 more dollars than last time, when I asked for the SAME exact thing... which I wouldn't even have a problem with, if they were worth it. If you want anyone to be professional, go somewhere else. She texted the whole time she was doing my nails. Made me bleed on multiple accounts. They speak about you under their breath the entire time. And don't even think about asking for your nails to be shorter or different. She huffed and puffed. I have never been so disappointed in a service. This is not the first time this has happened. I come in, ask for a rough estimate of a time. They say Twenty minutes. An hour passes by. I originally went here based on the good reviews and I got a gift certificate I have been back 3 times since 4 Spa pedicures and fills on my acrylic nails and everytime I show them a picture of what I want and they do an amazing job is even better than the picture I would absolutely recommend this place I don't think I will be going anywhere else for my nails ever againRead Less

I absolutely love the gang at B&C nails. Tim does my nails and has been doing them since I was 17 (I am now 25) I manage to wonder off but I always steer back to TIM! I usually don't have any complaints about the services I receive, but today was different... I came in for a simple pedicure and I should have scheduled my appointment with one of the girls. I got a man, he cut my cuticles without any cream and didn't file my nails straight without me saying something. Also at the end when I went to pay I had 4 cards that they give you, when they add up to 5 you get $5 off. Well I have several cards and I was told that I could combine them before but when I tried Tim the owner said I couldn't. As a paying customer who has collected these cards I feel that it was very unfair and because of that I will never be back. I have always been satisfied with the services provided by B & C Nails. Tim has been doing my nails as long as they have been in business, and prior to that at another salon. Needless to say, he has now become my friend. His work is magnificent and not a week goes by that someone doesn't take notice of my nails. The salon is clean, has a great selection of high end polish and gel polish, the staff is always accommodating and friendly, very resonably priced. They do have a reward card that offers $5 off on your 5th visit. That is always a nice incentive! The salon accepts cash, credit and there is an ATM on site, too, for your convenience. If I could give zero stars, I would. I spend three hours getting a mani/pedi. Pedi wasn't that bad minus the nail polish all over my toe. Then came the hour and a half wait for the mani, that was continuously 5more minutes every time I asked (started asking after waiting patiently for an hour). The manicure was so bad that I signed up on this site just so that I could provide a review. Everything that could go wrong 1.)crooked as hell nails, 2.) bubbles all over every single nail including a huge bubble on my thumb, that I told her about 7 times and she just kept ignoring. 3.) no one speaks English even a little bit, or at least they pretend to speak less of if. They still charged me 70 dollars even though I told her 8 times my nail was loaded with bubbles and she didn't fix it. 3.) they don't go all the way to the bottom of your nail with the fill, or the sides for that matter, so you leave looking like you need a fill. Don't waste your money!! It's not relaxing, you'll leave less relaxed, with hideous nails and 70 dollars in the hole. Read Less
