Went at 10 min after 6pm to get a polish change. Lady said "we close not listening only wanted polish change. Very rude I see they have bad rating they gonna loose their business if they don't improve...

Was going there for couple years with no problem. Sent my daughter to get nails and gramdchild to get pedicure. She showed the man a pic of how she wamted them and he did not do it she asked to have them redone so he wanted to charge her for the nails he messed up and to take them off and to put the right ones on. Then he got an attitude and told her to get her child and get th f___ out. He did not do any thing but cut the childs nails and charged for a full pedicure. After the way he treated my family I wont go back.

Not a good place to get lasting nice nails. The nails were odd shaped, I asked for specific length and shape prior to service and showed the tech a picture. She cut my nails at an angle and said, "it ok, I fix, you like" I said no start over she refused. No bang for your buck here. Prices are higher then others not a clean atmosphere. First nail fell off within 2 days rest of them lifted. No colors or airbrush service do not ask for a design bc they have no idea what that is. And they use a drill on your real nails. Still recovering. Do not go here. Not clean! Listen: NOT CLEAN!!!

I have been to this nail salon for a number of years and never really had any problems. My daughter went there the other day and was not happy with her nails. She asked if she could pay the $10 to just have them removed. They refused. At this point my daughter called her Dad to come to the shop since she is only 17 and wasn't sure what to do. They refused to take the nails off, said they didn't want her back in their shop. My husband pointed to their posted customer service satisfaction guarantee but they didn't care. He paid them for the nails that were cut so short you couldn't even tell she had had nails done. They were very rude and not willing to correct their mistake. Needless to say they have lost my families business.

They had on the outside of the door on a notebook lined piece of paper , REPEATING : notebook lined piece of paper " we are closed , sorry for your inconvenience " like OMG . Please close down ! Like now thanks

This place is gone to being a top notch authentic asian french pedi/manicure place to now the owners having to fix all the help's mistakes... This place may be in danger of falling under. I think Food Lion is the only reason this place still has customers for the convenience of grocery shopping and to "women" a neon sign like electronics is to us men to be a one stop shopping center but the last 4 visits i have bought gift certificates for have always been a mess. The owners are great at what they do but if they are not present at the time of your visit then DO NOT pay the prices they have recently raised for the non-experienced workers to perform. Every holiday and birthday all the female members of my family, friends, and co-workers gift certificates to "T Nails" and lately has been just a disaster. I contacted the owner and i think "she" said I'm sorry and goodbye. Customer Service is "KEY" especially in times of that of we have seen of economical crisis like we have seen, live in, and dont know what to expect. Beware.. I expressed my concern to the owner and they said "I'm sorry.. Have a nice day" probably cause they were busy taking care of all the hired helps (non asian descent's) mistakes. They need to get it right or let John and Jane Doe run the place.

Was going there for couple years with no problem. Sent my daughter to get nails and gramdchild to get pedicure. She showed the man a pic of how she wamted them and he did not do it she asked to have them redone so he wanted to charge her for the nails he messed up and to take them off and to put the right ones on. Then he got an attitude and told her to get her child and get th f___ out. He did not do any thing but cut the childs nails and charged for a full pedicure. After the way he treated my family I wont go back.

Not a good place to get lasting nice nails. The nails were odd shaped, I asked for specific length and shape prior to service and showed the tech a picture. She cut my nails at an angle and said, "it ok, I fix, you like" I said no start over she refused. No bang for your buck here. Prices are higher then others not a clean atmosphere. I have been to this nail salon for a number of years and never really had any problems. My daughter went there the other day and was not happy with her nails. She asked if she could pay the $10 to just have them removed. They refused. At this point my daughter called her Dad to come to the shop since she is only 17 and wasn't sure what to do.
