I went to Nexx Faze after my at-home hair coloring did not turn out how I wanted it to. When I went in for my appointment I felt like Jocelyn was very rude and disrespectful to me and refused to listen to what I wanted. My hair looked awful at the end of my appointment and the next morning, my lowlights had a green tint to them. I had to go to another salon and they were shocked at how my hair looked. I scheduled an appointment to go back and talk with Jocelyn about possibly getting a refund and I was treated extremely poorly and I was told that “because I am a teenager I know nothing”. I eventually received a small percentage of my money back. I was shocked at how my hair turned out and how Jocelyn treated me at Nexx Faze. Very unprofessional. I had my hair done here almost a year ago and the results were horrifying, nothing like the reference picture I had showed her. Jenna was recommended to me by a friend who said she was an amazing color correction specialist so I trusted she knew what she was doing. I wanted a light-ashy blonde ombre and I left with dark orange leopard spotty hair with extremely grey highlights on top (My mom left a review with the expectation vs. reality pictures right after it was done). My friend just recently had her hair done here as well and it was so awful she had to go to another salon to have it fixed too. I had my hair fixed by Shelby at House of Color and she had hers fixed at Salon 1050. I would highly recommend going to one of those in the first place so you don't waste money on getting your hair ruined and have to double it to have it salvaged. Read Less

I hesitated of having a hair cut. I haven’t had the best experiences. My hair is a tight curl is not easy to cut but Joceylyn did a amazing job. I love the knowledge she shared with me I felt in good hands. I’m very very happy with my hair cut. Thanks Joceylyn Read Less

I just had an amazing experience here with Jenna. She took a great deal of time talking to me about my hair, how I wanted it to be cut and what color. She did a fantastic job and for a terrific price! She really knew what she was doing because she worked for a hair color company and traveled to teach other stylists... she was a great find. I already booked my next appointment ! And the people there were very nice.., it looked like everyone enjoyed working there and it made for a very welcoming experience. Read Less
