The girl that did my nails was rude and rough. She barked orders at me and when I asked her to file one nail more even, she rolled her eyes and said she didn’t see anything. I have arthritis in my fingers and she literally jerked them around even after I said it hurt. The manicure looked nice but I will not allow her to do my nails ever. The girl working beside her even noticed and apologized for her, which is ridiculous. If she’s that rude, she shouldn’t have a job. Read Less

I went to Regal Nails based on reviews. I was skeptical because the salon was in a Walmart but decided to give it a try and the people watching would be great. Big mistake. The woman who gave me my pedicure wouldn't tell me her name even after I asked twice and gave her mine. I know why now! She did something to my big toe that caused it to bleed! It bled for a few minutes. I've never had that happen before. She never said a word, never acknowledged that she caused me pain and caused the toe to bleed. I would never recommend this place. Based on Josslyn's review I decided to try the Regal Nails-in a WalMart!  My french pedicure was a birthday present from my fiance-and I talked him into getting a pedicure as well!  It was a great experience-thoroughly enjoyed it and my toes are beautiful.  The fiance is now a fan of pedicures as well!  The only reason I didn't grant all five stars is that the tech who worked on him was a tad rough.  His toe nails were cut just past the 'quick' and he got 'poked' in the toe by one of the many pointy tools that were used.  But he still enjoyed the massage chair and said his toes/feet looked great.  Definitely recommend it.  Accepts credit cards but-you must tip in cash. Always clean. Always friendly and efficient. They always ask if I'd like water or a soda as we begin and make sure you are comfortable. The gel manicures are well done and long lasting. All of the techs have done my pedicures. They give a great pedicure to my old tired feet and legs! Read Less

It sounds a little stuck up, but I never thought I would get my nails done in a Walmart. Everything was closed on a Sunday and it was my only resort. Surprisingly, it was one of the best mani-pedis I've had. A gel mani-pedi for $50 is incredible. They were prompt and friendly even when they were busy and immediately offered me a drink. Completely attentive and didn't rush me around and hand me off to other techs.  I'm really impressed and will definitely be back. If you can sacrifice the sound of a checkout line for $25 cheaper, it is way worth the try. Read Less
