I walked into this salon while on vacation(04/06/2018). My husband and myself wanted pedicures. I guess they do not service African Americans smh. The lady asks what I needed I told her she say not today I already have four people waiting. I want to know when do these people turn down money... I know when they are prejudice!!!!! ***UPDATE*** 2 DAYS AFTER GETTING HER NAILS DONE HERE THEY ALMOST ALL FELL OFF, I RECCOMEND DO NOT GO HERE!!! I am only giving them a 2 because my daughter likes her nails. I however was basicly run out of the store after telling them I didn't need anything done. I was approached by 2 male techs. The first one said you know we do fill-ins? I told him I had just had my nails done a few days ago, I was just there for my daughter. I have been going to Happy Nails when at our second home for over 10 years. Up until the last two years I loved their service and my results. Over the last two years quality has declined. The employees I encountered were new and not as friendly, I felt like I was being rushed out, and the last time I was in my cuticles were messed up so badly that it hurt and took a couple of months to get them and my nails back to normal. Every time I go here and get a manicure with gel polish it starts to peel a few days later. Anytime the polish is starting to dry up they just add eye drops instead of buying new polish, I think this is why the gel peels so easy. This use to be the only place I went but now I will never go back. They also increased their prices, even with the old prices the quality of service wasn’t worth it, especially not now. Read Less

Came in for pedicure and gel manicure.The gentleman that I had barely spoke to me and seemed annoyed and rushed.I was done in less than 45 minutes. Work was below satisfactory. Not a good experience at all. Especially with a party of six. We called ahead of time and they told us seats were available with no wait. When we arrived all seats were full and they told us to put our name on the wait list.One of the six eventually got up and walked out even after being seated. She was tired of waiting too long for a nail tech.The rest of us finished our pedicures and a couple people also got manicures. But, they were done with marginal to poor results. Read Less

Very very disappointed...we go to get our pedicure and they were really busy so they rushed me and my sister in and out..my pedicures normally last 40 to 45 min...we were done in less than 20 min...after I started looking at my toes my pinky toe had paint more all over my toes than nails...they didn't even push my cuticles down so I have a big white gap once I saw this...if I ever come back to Myrtle Beach I will not be going back to them... I was in from out of town for my wedding. My cousin and I decided to try this spot since they had pretty good reviews. We called and made an appointment for the both of us, when we arrived everyone had a customer, which is fine I expect some appointments to run over. What really got me was that we waited after making an appointment and then we both had to have the same person do our nails because the others were too busy. I got the gel polish and manicure, the manicure was no...thing like the manicures I normally get and the tips for the French manicure I wanted he had to do over and over again so they were even. Finally everything looked decent and we paid to leave. This was on Friday by Monday my gel polish looked awful and was starting to peel off. I liked it!  It wasn't expensive - she didn't try to upsell me everything there and she noticed the gel needed 3 coats for the color to look it's best!  Those are the things I appreciate!  Gel pedicure - $42.  I love gel because it will last a month at least.  The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the incense smell?  Yeah might've been me - but I will say it wasn't a deal breaker.  I'll head back next month for another one and probably a manicure as well!  Fall color time (even if it is 90 outside) Read Less

Worst experience getting my nails done I have ever had. Such a shame. From the get-go the girl was rude. Trying to make small talk and warm up the frigid tone I mentioned I was leaving today (did nails yesterday) to go home to la and had a big event Saturday. She said, exact quote (unfortunately can't capture attitude) 'this won't last until Saturday. It's only regular nail polish!' I told her I've been getting regularly nail polish for years and it should last 3 days. What's different about your polish? She's quickly corrected me that Saturday was 4 days away...as if that makes a world of different. She criticized broken nails, my cuticles, that I had polish under the nail glue so I better pick a dark color to cover it up bc she can't remove that polish (never had that problem), everything. I finally asked her if she had a problem with me. She got snippy and asked why, I gave her the aforementioned examples, which she snarled at. I wish I had walked out right then and there. I will give her this though--she was right. Less than 24 hours later and they're chipped.I want to believe the hype, and everyone else seemed very pleasant, smiling and friendly, when they walked by. Great experience here today for a pedi! We are in town for vacation and I will definitely come back next visit. The staff was very friendly, the salon was very clean and the massage chair were fantastic! They were very busy (on this Monday @ 12pm) but the wait was short and I waited in the massage chair which I would have waited in all day! Read Less

We stopped here on during our vacation and had a great experience. I would recommend calling ahead to see their availability. Our party of four got pedicures and were out in around an hour. Great massage chairs and pedicure turned out very nicely. Would come back next time were in Myrtle Beach. Read Less

Dissapointed with my visit. Staff is pleasant but service is lacking. Staff seems to hurry through service and does not pay attention to details. Worst pedicure I have had in a while unfortunately. I have been going here for seven years when I come down on vacation twice a year. I purposely wait to get my pedicures here. They are wonderful. Friendly staff and they go an excellent job. I have done both appointment and walk in.  The wait is worth it. They only take cash tips but can do credit card for services. Today Jason did both my my manicure and pedicure. Looks fantastic.
