Have been multiple times with different nail techs and never leave satisfied. I get a gel manicure and they do a good job with the actual painting but it's essentially a color change. I arrived at 10:13am to a growing line outside the shop in an attempt to fix 1 broken nail & get an eyebrow wax. The shop which is scheduled to open at 10am was not open on time and eventually at 10:35am 2 members of the staff showed up to open the shop. They attempted to move rather quickly to get customers signed in and shifted to either the nail or pedicure stations. My observation is that If the facility would have opened on time with a staggered staff for a Saturday rush it may have alleviated some customer frustration. The 3 star review is a combo of the 5 star I would give to my nail agent Ngan and the 1-2 stars I would give for the actual manicure. She was such a gem, and so nice and funny!The nail polish was not distributed evenly on the nails and the clear coat on top was done a little messy, so it made the final product look like they had NOT been done by a professional. However, I totally loved my nail agent and I would go back to see her and just tell her what I disliked about it. My... nails are starting to chip after only 4 days, and the color has changed from a nude to an awkward orange. However, I do want to note that there was a pretty weird circumstance happening that day. They had an uncooperative customer who was refusing to pay and was causing a commotion that began before we got there and ended after we left. This customer even ended up hitting and kicking one of the other nail agents (poor girl!). I thought Nu-Image handled it very professionally, and I truly think any mistake on my manicure was due to the distractions this lady was causing. Don't ever come to this salon! They have no respect in regards to your time or any kind of order as to who gets serviced. I waited for 45 minutes for a polish change. I was told there was only a ten min wait for a pedi. So they let me soak my feet.... 45 mins later I am still not being helped. In those 45mins someone else came in and decided they wanted their toes done. Even though I was before them they helped her BEFORE me. No one even acknowledged me..... so I dried my feet off and put my shoes back on and just sat in the chair until my friend got done.... an older lady comes over and sprays the tub my feet were in with bleach!! Granted my feet were already out of the tub but I was still sitting in the chair... she sprayed bleach all over my legs! Didn't even say sorry. Needless to say I will NEVER come back to this place! I'm very picky about my pedicures! I have been to several other places only to find a poor paint job miss shaped nails and constant up charges. This place might not be super fancy but they really took there time to shape trim and paint like real professionals. My daughter wanted coffin shaped nails and the were perfect! I went in yesterday and got a mani and pedi which was $35 plus and extra $5 for French tips and started with a pedicure. The first man was all prep I suppose, I'm not really sure it's not like they talk to you at all but, anyway after him came another woman who I think did well on the pedicure. I haven't had a problem yet. She also did my nails, which were also French tips. I was a bit surprised though with her work ethics. She used a gloss, harden, and the white nail polish. She went totally freestyle on the tips, which aren't bad, but I would've preferred some type of skill or something. I mean it's a bit uneven, if you ask me. Anyway so after all that which let me tell you was a while. It took over 2 hours for a mani and pedi, terrible time management. They either spend too much time or not enough. So that whole or deal cost about $90 (not including the tip). If you ask me, the whole sha-bamn was too much seeing as though I got my nails done yesterday and they're already chipping. If I could score lower I would!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am not interested in returning to this place NEVER EVER! Never in my life have I had 2 people do a pedicure. I asked the older woman that completed the pedicure to not cut my toe nails because I am a diabetic and she cut them ANYWAY! And then she POURED ACETONE ON MY FEET AFTER DOING A PEDICURE. My gel nail full set was going OK until she cut 3 of my cuticles on three different fingers and they are finally healing therefore I can now type this review. This place is the worst place to ever go to .. They will have you emitting and waiting for hours and not even tell you when the wait time. They move extremely slow and have horrible customer service. They discriminate against the elderly.  I brought my grandmother here for a pedicure and manicure.  They accused her of having diabetes and said they wouldn't serve her.  She's never been diagnosed with diabetes.  She's 87 years old.  She didn't want to go anywhere after that.  It's already difficult for her to get around and his was the one thing that sh liked to do.  Don't patronize this place. Came in with my husband so we could both get pedicures and me a full set.  They didn't say anything when we asked how long it would be and just put us both in chairs with our feet in water.  Then we waited 45 minutes when they started with my husband feet (his needed more help than mine).  Then 10 minutes later they tried to start on mine.  By that time we were going to be late to an appointment so we had to leave. This was hands down the worst mani/pedi I've ever gotten. My pedicure had barely started when a second employee came over and started working on my hands. When I should have been enjoying the relaxing part of the pedi, my arm was being pulled across my body to the opposite side of the pedi chair so the second woman could hack away painfully at my now peeling cuticles. I told her it was hurting my shoulder and started to stretch, but she just held out her hand to continue. My fingernails were poorly shaped and the polish was put on so quickly, thickly, and badly that it never dried properly and was destroyed in a day. My toes were polished adequately, but my feet were not exfoliated well. It seemed like the pedicurist was phoning it in once she realized she would have to share the fee with the apparent queen bee. The last bit is only my guess, but the salon wasn't busy. I left with a sub-par mani/pedi, not relaxed, and with a sore shoulder from reaching across my body for the whole manicure. Had a pretty good experience here today. I only got a manicure, but the gentleman who did it did a pretty good job. He did an excellent job trimming my cuticles and giving me a massage. I wish that he was more friendly, he didn't say a word to me, and the color I chose was very light and he was just going to do two coats. This place was not our original destination. Due to an accident we pulled off the highway and used Yelp to check closer nail salons. This location had 3 stars so we gave them a shot. I'm so glad we did!The inside of the building was a bit plain, but the service was excellent. I had a mani-pedi. I have a hard time keeping polish on, but even after errands, cooking, and cleaning there are no chips. But that's just me.The reason I say their service was excellent was how they treated my friend. She has cancer (she has given permission to relate this). She is hyper-sensitive to touch and temperature at the moment. She also has in-grown toenails. Walking is a challenge. Monique was her technician. She was extremely gentle and took an hour to make sure my friend experienced no discomfort. My girlfriend and I were looking to treat ourselves before a busy weekend ahead so we stumbled across Super Nails & Spa. We arrived as soon as they opened and it was downhill from the moment we entered. Only 2 people know how to speak English & they were not welcoming at all. The nail tech even got upset with me because I asked to sit beside my friend. When two people walk into a salon together, it is common courtesy to sit them together. She tried to sit us on complete opposite sides of the salon! Once I noticed her attitude, she then showed how upset she was by doing the job of a toddler on my fingernails. By the end, a regular of the salon came in and told me that my nails looked awful and needed to be fixed. I asked another nail tech to please fix them and thankfully she did a decent job. The owner then proceeded to give me an attitude (the first lady who polished my nails was her sister apparently) then after checking my account this morning, she overcharged me for their AWFUL service!! I will never go to this "salon and spa" again and would highly recommend that everyone else save their time and money and go somewhere else. Came here for a mani with a girlfriend. We're pretty discerning when it comes to manis (being from nyc) and we had a good experience! Our technician was very nice and friendly without being pushy or annoying. The salon smelled strongly of nail polish remover when we arrived but the staff quickly opened to door per our request.
