I left extremely disappointed. The customer service was bad but the Quality of work was even Worse. I had my toes redone 4 different times and they still looked horrible. The older gentleman that did my toes cut them way too short, never bothered to file them evenly and became very agitated when I asked him to remove the polish from my cuticles and skin. I go almost every week. I went to get a nail fixed. But I got service 2 hours later. The lady put the wrong color on my nails. I told her what the color was then she ignored me. She proceeded to say yea yea yea. She put 3 layers of the wrong color on. I also told her it was the wrong color. I told her the correct color prior Getting the nail done. So she tells me I thought it was the same color. it wasn’t the same my nails were a glitter navy blue. She painted it a royal blue with blue glitter. I told her never mind because I was in a rush. She gets up and gets the correct color and continues Adding layers. She added one layer of the correct color then added clear coat. But now my nail looks thick,and ugly with it’s wrong color. it’s not the first time I had a female worker from this nail salon mess up my nails. Their hours say 9:30 to 7pm but if you don’t get there well before 6:30, they will tell you they're closed. They should change their sign to reflect that. Most companies require employees to stay until the last (on time) customer is served. Oh well. Just have to find a different salon. Read Less

I got a gel manicure, with my natural nails. I know I've gotten it before by others and it lasts about three weeks before chipping off. This particular time I decided to get it from them and within 2 days, three of my nails chipped off. Very, very poor quality work. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!Had a pedicure and S&S nails...as for the pedicure, I was in and out of the chair in 8 minuets...never even put lotion on legs and feet! As for the S&S...they charge more than most and do not even give the most basic of a manicure with this service - this is the only salon I've been to that does not include this.  Without pushing your cuticles back to cover as much of nail as possible means your $55 nails are going to be grown out in a week...guess they want this to happen so you will have to pay for a fill!!! This place aims to turn chairs over as fast as possible....WHY WOULD YOU PAY MORE THAN OTHER SALONS CHARGE FOR LESS SERVICE THAN OTHER SALONS GIVE??? I feel like I might as well have opened the door and thrown $90 out in the street. I had no appt so I expected to wait. After two minutes a man told me to come to a table and sit. I was surprised they were ready so soon. I was wrong. He directed me to a table where I was ignored for 30 minutes. I was literally invisible. There was even a couple children that came to my table and played a game of cards right in front of me. All the while no one thought to at least say "Hey so sorry for your wait! We'll be right with you!" Or "As you can see we're pretty swamped but we have someone coming to you soon!" Nope. Nothing. Two stars because they were able to fix my broken toenail and still only charged me $33.45 minute wait, to put me in the chair for 45 mins before anyone even acknowledged me. The water was cold, and the color they added in it stained my feet blue. They didn't clean the bowls or the chairs before or after anyone, and didn't use new tools. The whole place was filthy. Not a big fan. I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt that my next experience will be better than the last but every time I get a pedicure here, they mess it up. The first time my toenails were cut too short. So this time I asked if they cannot cut them that short and it happened again. Have been going to Prince's nails since March. Up until now I've been pleased with the services and technicians. I asked for a design for the holidays... it was very confusing to them but I was told they could do the design I showed them. The picture was shown through my pedicure, there was ample time for them to say the design wasn't doable. I was embarrassed and very disappointed. I had an ok experience here. I came here with my friend around 3 pm on a Saturday. The place was pretty empty for the most part and we both decided to get pedicures. The first thing i notes was that the water was a little colder than Luke warm. The woman doing the pedicure was rough, especially on my legs. I feel the red scratches that will be there tomorrow. I've have been coming here for the past 2 years I lived in Charleston. Everything up until today has been great. Less then a week ago I came in for a fill in with gel polish, towards the end it got busy so the guy rushed to finish them, leaving them not looking so great. I said something to him and he told me to wait. I waited for 20 mins and decided to just leave. I came back in today to get a pedicure before my trip which was great. But a the women up front kept telling me ⋯⋯to get my nails done too because they looked bad. When I told her I had them done there her attitude changed pretty quickly (because of course they wouldn't give me a discount to fix the bad nails I had done there). When I explained to her what happened a week ago she didn't say anything about it and said "okay just pedicure today" Like excuse me? If I could give 0 stars I would. First off, the salon was empty which is usually the first warning sign. My boyfriend and I went for spa pedicures and had a horrible experience. A lady named Mandy did his feet and she took a break to go eat for about 5 minutes leaving his wet feet outside of the water. When I asked my guy where she was he replied that she was getting his stuff ready. Yea ok.. As far as my pedicure, the guy with all the tattoos kept nipping my skin over and over. He had absolutely no idea what he was doing. He never used a cuticle pusher and he left a cold towel on my leg . My nails were left crooked and uneven. Absolutely awful service. I waited for over 25 minutes and got a terrible pedicure. The guy who did them cut and shaped them jagged and then didn't even fully paint my nails. It was obvious that he didn't care and was just trying to do it as quickly as possible. They look so bad. Not only that, but I tried to ask the manager for a refund and she was a total jerk saying that she would only give me 10%- which even if I had accepted, would still be $30 for a TERRIBLE PEDICURE. Me and my friends have been going here awhile. Alyssa who does eyebrows is really awesome and friendly. Each week one person out the group nail will break or the polish would peel. We continued to go because Alyssa was a beast on the eyebrows LOL and Billy is awesome on pedicures. So what put the icing on the cake was that I just was there on Saturday the 29th of April and had to go back on May 1st because my tip of my nail popped off. I go back after work Monday and at first⋯⋯ the person who did my nails couldn't find my polish. Then instead of helping me she was looking for polish to match her toe nail. At this time I'm frustrated so I just give up tell her to put glitter or white on my nails because I was ready to go. Never would I have thought after she was finish with my nails she expected me to pay. So I tell her to get Shaun the owner because why should I have to pay. He tells me that they don't replace nails for free and if I had just left there today and popped the nail I would have had to pay. I told him he does not have to worry about me and my friends because that was ridiculous. He goes to swipe my card and instead of charging me 4.12( yes four dollars when Saturday I just paid 30.00) he charges my card 40.12 now I'm just about to act crazy but had to think about professionalism. Beware of prices!!! Been going there on and off for a little bit with my mother. Got a price quote for my nails to get done last week but when I actually got my nails done and was checking out, the price increase by $10. So make sure you pay when you get there or only get a quote when you're getting your nails done. Otherwise it might change for you to. Had a good experience here today! I had a gel manicure and the kids had kid manicures. The prices were reasonable, and the color selection was good. Everyone seemed pleased with the service, including us. I would have liked for them to do more of a massage and more pampering with the manicure, but my nails look great! The nail tech was very friendly, and personable. She also made conversation with us, and let the kids sit in the massage chairs. I would definitely return again! Read Less

Very disappointing experience. Came here yesterday and my nails are already chipping! I didn't have an appointment so I expected to wait, no problem. Was taken in about 15 minutes, perfectly fine. The first person to help me was very nice but he only was taking off my gels. I had 3 other people take care of me throughout the hour and a half I was there. The color selection for regular polish was really lacking and the color I finally chose apparently wasn't good enough for my technician who made fun of me for it and made me pick another color. I guess it doesn't matter since my nails have already chipped and I'll be taking it off when I get home. The salon is also expensive for the experience and they do not follow their price list  at all. Read Less

I've visited this salon for years and always had good service, until today. I went in for a pedicure. A gentleman started my water for me and i was waiting to be serviced. Two workers came in and was informed that I'm next. They preceded to ignore me and assist the next two ladies. I waited. I informed the guy up front that I'm leaving. This has been my favorite nail salon for the three years that I've been here. They're always consistent, very friendly and quick. I always see Johnny because we get along so well but you really can't go wrong with any of the technicians. They have a great selection of colors and the prices are fair priced. I've never walked out of this salon disappointed. In a way, they've become my "nail family!" :) haha. I'll keep coming back here until I have to move. Two thumbs up!Edit: Like I said before, any technician you get is great. Johnny is on vacation and Madonna did my pedicure this time. She was amazing! Note to Businesses that allow your company to be rated ANYWHERE on the web: If you want a good rating...make sure your employees aren't treating your customers badly or in an unfriendly manner, for instance...I've been going to this salon to get my eyelashes done because it's hard for me to put on mascara with my shoulder the way it is. I went in and the girl that usually does them was on vacation and one of the girls tells me she'll be back the next week, she wasn't. So, I let this girl, that said the one I like would be back, do them and she did such a terrible job, I had to go somewhere else the next day and pay to have them done over. When the other girl comes back, I tell her what happened, but she didn't offer me a free service or a discount, but she does a great job, so I didn't say anything. I went in to get them done again on Monday and she's not there, the other girl I complained about said the one I like would be there today. I go in today and she's not there. This girl has done this to me three times now and I've had to go elsewhere to get them done. I've driven all the way over there because the one I like does such a good job and she's not there when the other one said she would be. So the other girl is giving me the run around because she does awful work and is mad because I said so. You messed with the wrong customer. I was sending you business, now I'll tell all those same people not to go and others to steer clear. I take back every good thing I said about this place. One good employee out of 10 doesn't make for a great business, it makes a need for change. Read Less
