Felt rushed and like I was an inconvenience! Went in for a fill and fix and the lady who did my nails was not social at all, didn't cut back my nails, and was rough. Rude and rushed out was my experience. I wanted my nail fixed and a change of color and the old lady had the nastiest attitude about it. She was so rough with my hands and the heffa cut me with the file machine. I didn't know what colors I wanted to the guy threw the pallet of colors at me and then rushed me to make a decision. I wish I could give these people less than one star. Went there and got a fill in it was my first full in for this set, it took forever so you would think it would have at least been quality. Two days later I lifted my laundry basket and the top part of nail broke off. Went back to have it fixed and not only did she do a AWFUL job fixing it they charged me for the repair. The full in was TWO days old. Now the nail that was fixed doesn't even match the shape of it looks different than the rest, at this point I just didn't even want anyone else to touch it. Spent $70 and I'm not happy with my nails at all. I really wanted to like this nail shop due to the fact that I'm in search of a great nail salon. But I was extremely disappointed. I went in for a pedi and fill in. The lady that did my toes did an ok job, she is the only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars. But this fill in was horrible! I had to get 2 nails fixed and now they are different shapes and lengths than my other nails, also the lady must of not understood how I wanted my nails painted b/c she did them so wrong. I had just gotten off of work and was too tired and upset to get an attitude with these people. Also, they like taking care of "certain people" while others wait just from observing. Read Less

This is the absolute worst nail place I have been to in my entire life and I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years!  I HIGHLY recommend to anyone attempting to walk through their doors to do yourself a favor and turn around!  If you would like me to go into detail as to why I feel this way...all you have to do is ask...all for now...I am going to go to my usual nail place and have them redo what this place "attempted" to do!  NEVER again!!!!!!!!  If I could give less than one star...I would! This was easily one of the most horrifying experiences I've ever had. A girlfriend and I went out on a girls day and it went south very quickly. The salon itself is dirty and unkept, and the staff is the least friendly I've ever experienced. They started by putting our feet into a dirty pedicure station and we sat there without service for almost an hour in cold water, they weren't even busy. When they finally started our pedicures they used dirty tools, and completely half-assed the pedicure. Then my friend got a French gel mani, and they cut into her nail right by her cuticle and kept sawing it down and trying to cover the blood! And the nail tech was not even trying to clean the wound until my friend said something and she reluctantly put alcohol on it before continuing. And she cut down her nails to little nubs after they were long and gorgeous. For my full set they made four fingers bleed, and the acrylic is all around my cuticle and draped over my actual nail bed. I had to clip and file their messy job myself. And he missed a solid centimeter of the sides when painting them. I paid $80 for the most horrifying and unhygienic experience of my life! And after a three hour ordeal, I had to use the restroom.. The most disgusting & smelly bathroom. There were cleaning supplies and wall sparkling in a container IN THE PUBLIC BATHROOM!!! What in the world are they thinking!? I DO NOT suggest this salon, it is the worst service I've ever had. They all seriously need an inspection!! Read Less
