I knew something changed even before I asked about the owner. New management!! Well, the new management needs both customer service and time management help. Yesterday, at three, I walked-in with ZERO people waiting, but being served; understanding I'd have to wait, but two hours?! The manager kept stating it'll only be 20 more minutes. Although I never, not once, asked "How long?". Once my sister and I were seated it still took an additional 30 minutes (at least my feet were soaking) for service. I almosted opted for a basic pedicure, based on time, but the mngr assured me I'd be finished in time to pick up my children from camp at 6. What especially rubbed me the wrong way was around 5:30 she says "I kept my promise that someone would start in 30 minutes, but if you're not done in time... it's her fault," pointing to the nail technician. It was unprofessional. I walked out at 6:18... paid $88.50 ($60.00 seaweed pedicure $15.00 gel polish + tip.) for mediocre service. glow nail bar is a hidden gem! It is such a chic and adorable Salon! The girls are great and super friendly and definitely take their time, making your experience completely relaxing! Great place to go for a bridal party! They even offer refreshments! Prices are definitely competitive, considering their much nicer environment than most nail salons! Love love love Read Less

I was so excited to try Glow Nail Bar. I’ll NEVER use them now! After reading reviews I decided it was best to make an appointment via there website. I even got an email saying they were giving 10% off! Sweet! So I made the appointment and was told I would get a confirmation email, which NEVER came! So I assumed that the time on the website had already been taken etc. my fault for assuming. The time of the appointment comes and goes and I had planned on still going just to see. Got stuck in traffic and received several phone calls talking me I had missed my appointment. Someone left a voicemail, and said that since I was now considered a No show that they would be charging my card due to their new policy! WHAT? You NEVER sent me a confirmation email, and thankfully my CC info wasn’t captured. No only did I never receive confirmation but when I made the appointment there was absolutely ZERO mention of the new “no show policy”. I get that you’re super busy and it’s a holiday weekend but that’s really CRAPPY! I will be taking my business elsewhere. Read Less

Made my first visit today and I had a great experience! I got a gel manicure and gel pedicure. My nail tech was thorough and took her time to make sure the job was done right. This nail salon is always busy so make sure you book an appointment before hand.If you don’t you will wait atleast 45min or longer.The nail tech Alicia is usually always great but this time I could tell that she was rushing because her next appointment was there.You never want your clients to notice that.I would recommend that there be more time between each appointment so there won’t be such a long time to start or end an appointment.I paid for 2 Feature pedicures and we waited 20-25.This will be my first time I’ll have to return because the service was rushed and my French tips were not even. Alicia did an awesome job on my full set! Normally I do not like the drill, but Alicia took her time and was very patient with me through the whole service. Crystal did an excellent job on my gel manicure today & made sure to pay attention to detail. I could tell that customer satisfaction really mattered to her. I am so happy that I was able to leave with the look that I had in mind when I first walked in the door!! Two friends and I came in for pedicures without appointments. We were advised of our wait time and were completely fine sitting in the comfortable waiting area chatting until they were ready for us. The atmosphere is welcoming, clean, and super stylish. The pedicure was amazing!! And the mimosa was a great touch. We will definitely be back! Read Less

I'm a nail bitter. With small nail beds and you have to be really good to do my nails to make them last!! Well needless to say they did an awesome job on my nails!!! I love love love them. My coworker and I walked in on a Friday afternoon for a pedicure. We had a very short wait and got great service. The salon is clean and bright and has a nice atmosphere. The nail technicians are very friendly and did A great job on our nails. It is reasonably priced and was a nice treat. We both highly recommend this nail salon. Read Less

Nice interior. Unfortunately, went in stood at front desk 10 minutes and never greeted. Nor, asked what kind of service needed along with wait time. Obviously they were busy, but it only takes a few seconds for someone to greet customers with a hi and how can we help you today! Sat down 50 min and watched other customers walk out and leave without service. The customer service was disappointing.
