This was a mixed experience, the pedicure was a little rough even when I mentioned I recently broke my toe and to please go easy on it. I was also there a very long time. I have been coming here for about five years now. When I'm there I feel welcomed , treated well and will never go anywhere else. I didn't stay. I walked in and told the man I wanted a gel manicure and regular pedicure. He said it would be $80!!! I said oh I don't want acrylic or anything just manicure with gel polish and he told me that gel manicure started at $50 and pedicure was $30. I've ever been here, but the others place I've gone I paid no more than $28 for gel manicure. So I asked him if I just go regular polish how much it was he said it was $16 for manicure with regular polish so basically he was going to charge me $34 for gel polish. I said no thank you and left. I almost didn't come here because of the negative reviews, but I had a wonderful pedicure experience! I called a few times first but no one answered so I just went over, and the wait was no more than 5 minutes. First off I stopped by here and was lightly greeted and just told to wait a second... I sat there for about 45 minutes so I went next door to get some food came back about 30 minutes later and even though my name was on the list I still waited for about another hour before I was even called. An older man did my manicure and it was by far the worst Ive ever had. He didn't soak my nails at all. He didn't cut any cuticles, not did he let the solution sit on my nails long enough to push back my cuticles with his implement. It was a very rushed manicure and very unprofessional. He then slapped some lotion on top of my hands and called that a massage. I seriously doubt he had a license, I looked and didn't see one on the wall behind him. HE was almost to the point of rude the way he handled my hands. I seriously just wanted to leave but he spoke very little English. The paint job was sloppy too, as he missed painting the sides of my nails. Some Mothers Day gift !!!  The manicure itself only lasted 10 minutes minus the paint job. For $16 this is RIDICULOUS!!! My experience was by far the worst I've had at any nail salon. I walked in waited about 5 minutes to be greeted. The guy finally came from the back 10 minutes later to do my nails and did not even acknowledge me he went right to helping the other lady that came in after me. The older gentleman did both my friend and I pedicures. Not only did he do both at the same time, switching back and forth, it was very rushed and not good work. They were not busy at all so not sure why the process was this way. Also he didn't speak English well or speak clearly and got visibly annoyed when we couldn't understand him. This is the only place I will ever go for nails again. I've been a regular for months alf and I've never had a negative experience. All of the girls are incredible and they really treat you like family. they remembers details from our conversations and always asks how people are doing, events were, etc. whenever I come in. The tech would indulge my ideas but was always there to recommend something different if she didn't think it would turn out like I thought it would. The older gentleman did my nails when I went in on 5/9/15. I would not have him do my nails again. He was very distracted while doing my nails, nor would he listen to anything I was saying. My nails were about 3 weeks grown out. He sanded them down like normal, but was about to start putting new gel filler over the air pockets under my nails! I had to ask him to cut them out so I wasn't left with anything underneath- because we all know that could cause an infection & it's happened to me before. Then I said I wanted my nails super short-to my finger tips. That didn't happen, and now a week later they feel like they might break off. The polish on the tips is chipping off- AFTER I asked for no chip polish & instead got some mediocre line painting polish. I even have piece of fuzz dried in the gel!! We had a horrible experience here. Our nails aren't straight the underneath looks hideous. The older guy was rough and nicked almost EVERY finger. The paint job was not good either. We are going home to repaint them. Not worth the 51$ we spent. Read Less

I came today after reading the rave reviews here on yelp and think their manicures are really good and worth the extra money you'll spend. They use OPI axxium instead of shellac and I can tell the difference. I am from out of town but will be coming back for my manicures when I am in town again. Read Less
