I have been going here for a while now. My mom and sister would make appointments here and still have to wait for someone who was a walk in. At reputable salons appointments come first. They stopped going because of their terrible experiences. I, however, gave the salon another chance. I got a new nail tech, Johnny, who was really nice at first. The first time I made an appt with him he asked if he could eat his lunch first, which I understood because I work in a salon myself and know how busy it can be. I waited almost 20 minutes on him, which was still fine. I made another appt for a few weeks later and was unable to make it. I called to reschedule (very nice and apologetic) and he was super nasty to me. He hung up in my face without me being able to say anything! I have been a client here for multiple years and I am so sorry to say that I will NOT be coming back here. I usually recommend a lot of people here since the salon I work at does not currently have a nail tech but I will be recommending other places from now on. This is no way to run a business.

Terrible experience. I definitely don’t recommend this place. First time at this place and i was very disappointed. The shop is beautiful inside but to me that doesn’t matter when it comes to service. The lady who did my nails was rude. My nails look awful. I got sns which I get all the time from my regular nail shop I go to and at this place here they barely filed my nails, It’s cracking. Its just not good. This all happened within a day or so of getting them. Anyone looking for a really nice salon go to LA nails. They are the best and there price isn’t ridiculous. I paid $60 here and I only pay $40 at my usual place for the SAME thing.

Very friendly, acrylic set is $25 but I was told my price was $35. When I asked why I was told that the shape I asked for costs more. Also the design for two fingers was $5 (but all ten would have been $10). Also, the tips on my left hand are not the same width as my right.

The lady who saw me was very rough. I get massages, facials, manicures, and pedicures ALL the time. I used ALL the code phrases. Repeatedly. "You are being too rough." "That hurts." "You are hurting me." "Maybe I'm sensitive but could you please slow down and be more gentle." "I'm uncomfortable." No love. After multiple attempts to get the service I wanted, I finally said, "You know what? I'm just going to go. You can stop. I'm going to go." The woman grabbed my feet and held me to the chair! I had to ask her multiple times to let me go. The man who seemed like the manager asked me what was wrong. I told him. He held a drawn out conversation with the lady in a language I didn't understand. (ONLY relevant because the incident involved me and I was, again, not having control in what was happening to me.) I was then asked to pay for the portion of the service I received.
I left and immediately went to a different nail salon. No pain. No discomfort. Not hurried. No problem.

I went for the first time based on Yelp recommendation. It looks very clean, no overpowering smell from the manicure stations. Massage chair worked well although not top of the line, no heat, only two styles of massage, short cycles you have to keep turning it on. Young woman doing my pedicure did a good job, could have cleaned up polish mistakes on toes a little better. At $25.00 for a pedicure I am not sure if I will be back. I am currently looking for a nail salon to be my permanent go to place. While this one does check off some of my must haves, not sure this will be my choice.

It was a nice atmosphere. I got a gel manicure, and the nail tech did a great job! Then I went to the pedicure chair and had a different tech because my original nail tech had an appointment. The tech that gave me a pedicure was very nice but she made 3 of my toes bleed! Totally gouged one of my toes so much I had to say "owww!" to make her stop! And, of course, they were speaking their language which irritates me. Overall, it was great because my manicure was awesome. Not sure if I will go back or try somewhere else.

We went here Saturday and it was awesome ! They did an awesome job on all of our nails and their customer service was awesome. Zack was great and the younger lady who did my nails was also awesome and very sweet. I will definitely be returning and appointments are recommended! Its a very nice place. Heather gave me a good pedi. She also have me a gel manicure and cane out good,they r nice and friendly. The only bad thing was that they didnt take my 15%off cupon from yelp.

I have been going here for a while now. My mom and sister would make appointments here and still have to wait for someone who was a walk in. At reputable salons appointments come first. They stopped going because of their terrible experiences. I, however, gave the salon another chance. I got a new nail tech, Johnny, who was really nice at first. Massage chair worked well although not top of the line, no heat, only two styles of massage, short cycles you have to keep turning it on. Young woman doing my pedicure did a good job, could have cleaned up polish mistakes on toes a little better. At $25.00 for a pedicure I am not sure if I will be back. It was a nice atmosphere. I got a gel manicure, and the nail tech did a great job! Then I went to the pedicure chair and had a different tech because my original nail tech had an appointment. The tech that gave me a pedicure was very nice but she made 3 of my toes bleed! Totally gouged one of my toes so much I had to say "owww!" to make her stop! And, of course, they were speaking their language which irritates me. Overall, it was great because my manicure was awesome. Not sure if I will go back or try somewhere else.
