Man that did my nails had an attitude problem which I adjusted for him real quick...I'm the customer, paying for services that I want. No price menu hanging anywhere. I was told $25 + $5 for the design I wanted on 2 nails. When it was all said and done, I was charged $40, was told gel polish cost more, really...$10 more.

Terrible service. I came in and told them what I needed and was basically pressured into getting something else because they felt it would take too long (I came in at about 6:00, after work). When I finally decided on a compromise of gel polish, the tech didn't like my choice and picked her favorite color. I suspected it was wrong but couldn't really tell from looking at my toes. Couldn't even enjoy the massage chair because they had a person at my feet and another two people on each hand pulling my nails off to rush through the job. When they went to
Apply the color to my finger nails, I told them it didn't look like the color I picked. The tech went to check and placed a bottle near me so my nails can be finished. The nail polish on my toes bleed over into my skin and I realized in the car my toes and nails were indeed two different colors. They knew I wasn't satisfied but charged a full $87.00 anyway, for terrible work. I will never go back here.

Absolutely awful!!!! Rude and can't even do nails like they say. Then charge $47 to do get polish on a full set and shaping that doesn't even look like what it's supposed too!!

I will NEVER go back. They have you sign in on a sheet that they DO NOT follow. Everyone that came in after me was serviced before me. I even seen where a pedicure station was not cleaned after being used just ran water and sat someone else in chair.

Got gel polish didn't even last over night, strated pealing off. Its not supposed to do that. Never had it come off before. Not impressed! !

If I could give it no stars I would. They don't stand behind the service they do and they ended up causing tearing my real nails up.

I usually don't write reviews because I'm not too fussy or difficult to please but this was one of the worst gel manicures I've ever had. It is completely uneven and he got the gel on my skin so it hardened on the edges of my nail and skin. I took this photo immediately after leaving the salon so you can see what a poor job he did. I definitely would not recommend this place.

Although on my first initial visit the guy injured my toe which took about three months to heal. I did return and I love getting my nails done here. I got the gel nail twice but it didn't last but a week and I don't wash dishes I have a dishwashing machine so it was no reason why it should not last longer. I just get a full acrylic now and I love them. If you catch them on Monday-Thursday morning there is no wait. Any other day or time after 11am it will be a wait of 45 mins or longer. They are friendly and well priced. I recommended.

I started going here when I moved to the area a year ago. Most of the time, I don't have to wait long; during a busy period (right before a holiday, after 5pm, or middle of the day on weekends), I am taken care of within 15-20 minutes. My nails always end up looking great! At some point, I've seen all or nearly all of the nail techs and they are all great.

Terrible service. I came in and told them what I needed and was basically pressured into getting something else because they felt it would take too long (I came in at about 6:00, after work). When I finally decided on a compromise of gel polish, the tech didn't like my choice and picked her favorite color. I suspected it was wrong but couldn't really tell from looking at my toes. I usually don't write reviews because I'm not too fussy or difficult to please but this was one of the worst gel manicures I've ever had. It is completely uneven and he got the gel on my skin so it hardened on the edges of my nail and skin. I took this photo immediately after leaving the salon so you can see what a poor job he did. Although on my first initial visit the guy injured my toe which took about three months to heal. I did return and I love getting my nails done here. I got the gel nail twice but it didn't last but a week and I don't wash dishes I have a dishwashing machine so it was no reason why it should not last longer. I just get a full acrylic now and I love them. If you catch them on Monday-Thursday morning there is no wait. Any other day or time after 11am it will be a wait of 45 mins or longer.
