This is the worst experience of my life coming to this salon. I paid 40.00 for my nails to be done and they were crooked, uneven, the gel was hanging over the sides. I went into the salon the have them look and fix them and they blamed me having too much oil in my natural nail instead of fixing them. They only want to file them. Mind you I have gel polish. The techs there have little experience . Please take your money somewhere else. They are the worst at customer service.

Took my mom there to have her nails done and they were very friendly,patience and efficient . They also have good prices and accept walk Ins !

Worst experience ever they messed my nails up and they would not fix it told me that it would cost more for them to fix it they put the wrong polish on my nails and added two different Moon colors when I just wanted one polish the owner is very rude and his wife but I do like Tommy and Juliet they are good but I will never go back there again the owner is just too rude

I got gel nails and the lady I was working with was so slow and didn't do a very good job. I got gel nails which are supposed to last and didn't last more than a week before they started cracking. I paid a lot more money and they didn't last at all. I am very disappointed and will not be returning.

Three stars b/c the manager gave us a "Mother's Day" discount for my mom, my sister and I. My sister had no problem and her nails were done by the manager but my mom and I both had rude services. I normally tip a little extra but didn't at all this time. They were not friendly at all. My mom had the slim young pretty black girl who was not friendly and stayed in the mirror or was taking selfies. The lady who I guess was the manager's wife, had me waiting after I sat in the chair for a extra 10 mins so she could eat her lunch but I excused that but then she rushed to do my nails after a customer "a gypsy"came in (who did not wait at all) she TOLD me to move "did not ASK me " to another chair so that a different tech could finish. It wasn't busy and all she had left was to polish my nails. Unprofessional...it wasn't our first time there but we are not regulars. We will not be returning! If you decide to go I recommend the manager or the younger guy I forgot his name but he was nice and does a good job. They also do a good job with our eyebrows but my mom saw the lady scratch her foot then touch someone's face without washing her hands...NASTY but I guess that's better than scratching her ASS lol. Anyway they have lost three customers as of that day!

If I could give this place negative stars I would. My mom and I went in on Saturday to get manicures and it was a disaster. The technician I had broke 3 of my nails, blamed it on the nails being old. He then proceeded to remove all 10 of my nails, but instead of soaking my fingers in acetone he physically pried the nails off. My nails have divets and are so weak now that they're already splitting in half.
My mom was waiting on a gel set until 3 of the employees decided to play on their phones for 20 minutes instead of offering her service.
I know this place treats every customer differently, but I personally won't be going back.

WORST EVER! If there were a negative star, they would get from me. Don't go there. Guy filed my mail beds(not my nails - my mail beds) down so much ALL of my nails broke off and my nails are so weak I'll have to start growing my nails out again AFTER my nail beds grow 'all the way' out. And that's not all of the horror story but hopefully enough to make you STAY AWAY from this company.

This is the worst experience of my life coming to this salon. I paid 40.00 for my nails to be done and they were crooked, uneven, the gel was hanging over the sides. I went into the salon the have them look and fix them and they blamed me having too much oil in my natural nail instead of fixing them. They only want to file them. Mind you I have gel polish. The techs there have little experience . Please take your money somewhere else. They are the worst at customer service.
