Kenny and his staff are very friendly, someone speaks to you when you come in the door. Think it's great they tell you the wait time or if he thinks he can see you that day, in a timely manner. Even gives you the option to shop once you checked in instead of having to sit in the salon for your wait. SNS nail power is wonderful. Kim is an awesome nail tech as are they all. I usually don't do reviews, but after two bad experiences here I figured I'd try to save someone else from wasting their time and money. I went in yesterday for a polish change (I needed my nails done quickly, and at the last minute, which is why I had to settle for this place). In my mind, I'm thinking there's no way they can mess this up...wrong! The lady who did my gel polish forgot to wipe them with alcohol (I actually had to tell her because my nails were sticky), and the polish job done on my toes was so horrible, I made her redo it - even still I had to get them redone after that. Not to mention, she acted as if my requests were an inconvenience to her. I've always gone to KD Nails on Columbia Road, and places like Classic Nails in North Augusta make it worth the drive all the way to Evans. I also recommend Paris Nails on Washington Road. The gas and extra effort is worth two weeks of happiness with your nails. Read Less

Kenny and his staff do an excellent job. He has changed some staff and released the ones who weren't performing adequately. I keep going back because of the courtesy and home-feeling I have when I'm there getting my nails done. I don't think I'll find another place like this one. While I have not personally had any nail work done here, my experiences thus far have not been pleasant! I received a gift certificate for Christmas for Classic Nails, and so far, in the past 4 months, I have tried to use it 4 times. Each time that I have been there, all at different times of the day, they have been unable to do my nails. I have been told there would be an hour or more wait, to straight out, " I sorry, we can no do your pedicure, we too busy"! Now what nail salon have you even been to that says they are too busy, and doesn't even try to go are head and put you in a chair and start helping you! They are rude, impersonal, and not customer focused at all! I will give away my gift certificate before I would go back there!! Read Less

I had a great experience at this nail salon. I'm visiting family here and I wanted to enjoy some pampering. At first it was a long wait; about 20 minutes. Customers waiting before me left because of the long wait. I was in no hurry and I'm glad I waited. My pedicure was quick. The leg massage was wonderful and the techs were great. I'm very picky about nail places. I've had bad experiences with a few but this nail place is not. You might have to wait but it's worth it. Thanks Classic Nails! Read Less

Don't go here. The manager is horrible, he doesn't care about the customers only wants the money. They aren't sanitary. They reuse the paraffin wax, don't clean the tools properly, and the back has roaches all in it. The manager treats his workers like they're slaves & talks about the customers when they leave. Ambience. B+Service. APrice. AOpen airy clean space for mani pedi and personal style a treatments. Hodge podge decor. The spa pedi chairs were less than 2 years old and very well kept. The backs of the pedi chair have magnetic pillows with a massager. One of the better chairs I've ever sat in for pedicure. I called to ensure availability. Mid afternoon for two to walk in was no problem. Very friendly Vietnamese staff. They offer drinks while waiting and put plastics bags in the water for sanitary conditions. The menu of offerings for pedicures is extensive. So, when calling for prices, they don't quote.  It starts at $23 for their basic and goes up over $50. There are services for manicures, pedicures, waxing and brows. I'm a fan! Read Less

The staff is not particularly friendly or customer focused. Since the moment we walked in the door, they were cleaning all around us rather than acknowledging us once they put my mother and I in chairs, making us wait a good 10-15 minutes before being seen. Not a big deal if they were actually with other customers but they were not. They rushed through the pedicure and then proceeded to clean the station by removing the towels from under my feet and the plastic lining from the tub and then dumping bleach into the tub before I had even gotten out of the chair. At 5:30pm it was very clear that they were in a huge rush to close up by 7 resulting in a very unwelcoming atmosphere, they even turned away two customers who walked in after 6. Not to mention the two bugs that the technician killed during my 15 minute pedicure. I would not recommend a friend to come here. Read Less

Great customer service . Friendly people. Unfortunately I am unfamiliar with the area so I googled the closest nail salon. I got a gel manicure and polish change on my toes. I am extremely particular with my nails (most women are) It hasn't been a week yet and the whole gel polish on my left thumb came off. The top corner of my right index finger in missing polish and 4 out of the remaining 8 fingers are already chipping and it hasn't been a WEEK!!!! $30 down the drain . Read Less

I went there for a pedicure and gel polish manicure at the spur of the moment one Friday night. It was crowded but the technicians worked to get everyone in and out in a timely fashion. Admittedly,  I came in an hour before close but they still didn't rush through my services and I appreciated that. The pedicure was great and I wish I would have gotten the technician ' s name so I could give her the recognition she deserves. My feet were really soft afterward. This is my first time trying the gel polish so we'll see how long it lasts. Read Less

This is a preferred local shop because most of the time there is little to no wait. Every technician has been polite and does good work. Some other nail salons in the area take longer due to the staff are so busy in conversation amongst themselves that they do not focus on the customers in the chairs. Never had that experience here.
