I have had my nails done twice since i moved up here first time i waited 2 hours for a full set acrylic but they looked good. 2nd time i got a fill in and the quality was awful. My nails werent shaped the way i wanted, were painful if you barely touched someone they were sharp and my polish never completely dried. I had to have it fixed because i got a brow wax while they were drying and after they were "fixed" they still never dried even after 10 mins under the dryer and spray. I absolutely love this place's atmosphere but the wait time and the prices being higher its hard to justify. But i know ill be back i just wish and hope the quality next time is better, my nail polish will actually dry and maybe not wait an hour or more for a service. Read Less

I've never had to wait long for service even without an appointment. I have special requests as I dislike massage and I'm terribly ticklish. They are always tolerant and do a great job!! I wish I knew more Vietnamese than swear words. Read Less

I just wanted a simple full set. Me and my mom got there at 11:09 and i waited bc he had customers I was told to go to the lady and I told them that I didn't want to go to the lady because I was told that she didn't do a very good job so ton told me to come sit in his chair and I wait on him as he was supposed to been polishing somebody's Nails then I was told by one of the girls who did pedicures that I had to either go to the lady or wait on him to go take a lunch break whi...ch was 15 minutes so I sat and I waited on him and I don't think he ever took a lunch break because I seen him walking around and talking to people and so I got up out of the chair thinking that he was going to come get me when he got done no I did not get that I was there for 30 minutes waiting on him. he took two customers in front of me and then never did my nails nobody but the guy at the front desk even apologize to me or asked me what was wrong. The only thing that I got was are you going to get your nails done and if so you can go to the lady. After I told several people that I did not want her to do my nails. So finally after being there for almost two to three hours on the guy at in chair 2 up and asked me if I wanted my nails done and told me that he'll do my nails I originally told him that I wanted my nails around and he told me that will be $30 if I'm one of my nails but once I got in the chair I changed my mind and I got a regular set with regular polish and he still charge me $30 saying that my nails where long and then on top of all of that the nails of mediocre they look horrible!!!!!! Like I can't believe I went to the shop and my nails look like this I mean if I was to go to a cosmetology school yes or somebody out of that house yes but not a License shop and I'm just now getting home and its 4:30 worst customer service ever I won't be going back!!!!! It's the best place that i've ever had my nails done at. They are very sweet, talented, kind, and they do what you ask them to do. They talk, joke, and kid around with you. Very friendly and nice atmosphere. If you get your nails done there's no better place around. Go to them and they will take care of you. Anything you need.
