I used to love this place, I really did. The last couple of times have not been positive experiences. Once I had the beginnings of an ingrown toenail, and one of the pedicurists dug it out. Painful and a big no-no to do that anywhere other than a podiatrist's office. This last time I asked for a French manicure. Before I got the base color done, Tina? tried to talk me into gel, which I refused due to the $20 upcharge. I continued to say no after she continued to tell me... how important it would be, and of course I hardly understood her, but I kept saying, no, just a regular French manicure. The manicurist (a man) applied a base color - nude - and then sent me to the drying station. I thought I would be going back for the white tips, but nope. I was done. When I questioned it, after my nails were dry, Tina said that she thought I didn't want it. Thankfully the woman sitting next to me, who is very assertive, spoke on my behalf and told Tina that I was very clear. Tina told me she would then do it, but by this time I had made so many others wait that I declined. Ugh! This place is awful! I went in there for a gel nail fill in, and the lady argued with me the whole time wanted to do powder. Of course this is after she already filed down my nails and my husband was waiting in the mall with my kids! This was the only time I could get them done so finally I gave in and stopped arguing with her. Then after she was done with my cheap nails, got upset with me bc I wanted regular polish, not gel polish. I had my UV gels for a month and they were awesome. These crap nails I got here are chipped and cracked all over less than a week after! Total waste of time and money. I probably have to get my nails completely done over again. Read Less

Went in this nail salon on a Friday afternoon. Overall! I've a been had a great experience with my son of 5 years old. My staff is very fun and made a liquid Gel full set .. and them turned out so lovely while my son had a pedi with the yellow color so he felt very exciting! Love ladies here! Just had another fantastic gel manicure here. I've been a client for months and never disappointed. The nail salon has my vote for the most caring staff ever. From the friendliest and welcoming receptionists to the nail technicians, by far the best shop in town. I've never been disappointed. You won't either! Read Less

I like the place, but it could use some sprucing up. It looks a bit unorganized and questionable, but they are really good and clean. My pedicure was okay nothing special. My new set of pink & whites were done well. They prefer tips in cash versus on your card just as an FYI! This would have gotten 5 stars had it not been for the fact that no one there at the time I went knew how to do designs. I won't be returning, but solely for the reason of distance. It's a 45min drive for me so that is a no go for me, but if you are in the area definitely check them out. Read Less

Where do I start?! This place is OUTSTANDING, AMAZING, WONDERFUL.. there isn't a word to describe it. Every time I go I get greeted it smiles and friendly people. Always making me feel so comfortable and welcomed. Have great choice of color and always there to help you pick one if you can't. The place is clean and gorgeous which makes you feel like a royal person. Always loved the outcome of my nails , and left with a smile. I know for sure I would recommend everyone to come here.
