I have been going to this nail salon for 3 years.  I have been to several salons in the area and can't find anyone who can do my pink and white acrylics as well as they do.  I enjoy the clean, relaxing atmosphere.  Someone wrote a negative review about the dust, which I thought was unfair.  It is impossible to keep the nail dust from acrylic nails cleaned up all day long, but the place is cleaned on a daily basis. The owners, Tony and Tina, have been the same since its inception, and they are meticulous about ensuring cleanliness of the equipment they use.  I never worry that I'm going to get an infection, because someone hasn't cleaned the equipment. They've had a few nail techs over the years who didn't live up to their high standards, but they have let them go. They try to maintain staff who take pride in the work they do. They have a great crew now that I believe will be around for a long time. Everyone there is friendly and professional. One caveat: if you don't enjoy children, this may not be the place for you. They have well-behaved children, and I have always enjoyed them, seeing them as live entertainment.  I've enjoyed watching them grow over the past 3 years. Read Less

Saw all the great reviews and awards from 2008-2014.  What happened?  Did a new owner take over?   There were three children (one in a dog pen) but, fortunately they soon left with "grandma".  I'm guessing the owners daughters children.  It's a beautiful day today so both doors are open and it smells good in here.  (I read some people had issue with fumes). The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired.  There's about a 1/2" of dust on the shelf I can see from my chair.  It's pretty inside and they have music playing and the hockey game on TV.  All cool.My technician was friendly and they all speak English extremely well and more important are very understandable!  I was not asked what kind of pedicure I wanted which I was disappointed about.  I felt rushed out.The nail polishes look old and thick.  It's time for an update.  Several people came in asking for gel manicure but, it seems only one person can do it. People were nice, place was relatively clean.... Got a pedicure and gel manicure. The pedicure needed some touch up that wasn't done, polish that needed to be cleaned off skin. I got an appointment same day. The place was steady with clients. I had a pedicure and a liquid gel fill in. I'm new to the area. My old place took 1.5 hrs for both. They were done in an hour. Everything was done very well. Nice comfy sits for the pedicure. Not a lot of conversation. But very nice and professional. Pretty calm and quiet environment. Bobby and his family run the best nail salon I've been to. I only wish I could find nail technicians as meticulous,thorough, and polite where I live in MD. I went with my mother and my daughter so we all had mani-pedis simultaneously. Each one of us had quality service. All tools came from the autoclave and were sterile. Very clean. Service was poor. The instruments didn't look sterilized which was scary. There was a nail floating on the soak when they started it. The nails needed another coat but I just wanted to get out of there. May have been best of 2013 but they are pretty bad in 2014.  On the plus side, Good location and it was easy to walk in and the wait wasn't too long. Read Less

Update: So a few days after I went there almost all of my acrylic nails started separating from my real nails at the top :-( And about 4 days later one actually completely fell off while I was walking... Went to get them fixed, which they did for free! But now it's only 2 days later and they've started separating from my nail bed again! 3 of them fell of this time.. Now I do have thin and somewhat curved nails so maybe it's my fault? Or maybe the materials they use for acrylic aren't good/ don't bond well to nails for some reason... Thought they were super nice staff and they did a great job but not going back there since this has happened twice now within a 10d period even after getting them all fixed... Loved this place! First of all, they actually have TRULY comfy massage chairs to sit in while you get a pedicure. The place is clean, all staff are very friendly and accommodating, and the music is relaxing. I had two different people do my pedicure and manicure with acrylic tips. Both very nice and professional. They did a great job! Will definitely be going back there next time! This place had a good review on line, Visiting the area, rainy day ; let's get pampered : well a simple manicure was the worse I ever got as well as my cousin . Our nails looked as we had a weeks worth if growth on them , our base color was not removed and bleeding thru our new color ,  and the top coat was done on 80% of out nails.Disappointed by knowing we were.
