This is by far the best nail salon I’ve ever been to. Only paid $38 for a mani pedi. Their customer service is worth the drive and the aesthetics are through the roof. They also offer aromatherapy and a free glass of wine while you’re being served. Great atmosphere. Read Less

I had my first Mani pedi with gel colors on my natural nails. Kelly did my toenails and Tony did my fingernails. They were so awesome and sweet. Their work was really awesome, and the customer service was great! I haven't really had much luck with nail salons, but this is one I'm definitely going back to. Not the greatest. They kinda slapped on the gel nail fill in and pushed the pedicure I only kinda sorta wanted. They don't really listen when you talk to them. Since I didn't go for a new set or long pedicure I'll give them 3 stars for being quick and not messing up the job my previous manicurist did well. Absolutely love this place! I've always felt so welcome every time I walk in the door. I soon got used to Kelly and she would remember me, so I now only go when I can get Kelly. She does everything perfect and they are flawless when I leave. Everyone here does a great job, and the environment and atmosphere is just extremely soothing and relaxing. These ppl are AMAZING!!! What a pleasant find.  First of all, they have hundreds of colors to choose from so you can mix and match several colors or find just the right color for your mani pedi. I chose two colors for my hands and I have no clue how I was even able to narrow it down to two because I wanted to use all the colors. Great selection   Second of all, they serve you wine as you're getting you're nails done and you actually have a choice between A few red and white wines. How sweet is that? I can relax, as I relax!  That was a nice surprise. Don't tell anyone but I had three glasses. Hehe. Let me tell you about the polish.... I arrived with a friggin' mess on my finger tips and they made me glam in an instant. The polish was just perfection and I'm just so happy about it.  The technician was a professional. He was gentle cleaning my Cuticles and shaping my nails, and the polish was a breeze. Just Save yourself the time and money and DO NOT go there.Awful place and horrible customer service. I went there to get the acrylic nails. The guy who was doing my nails couldn't accept any comments coming from my side and just kept repeating that I am too young too worry (?) . I tried to point out to him that the sides of my nails weren't even and looked messy. He just kept going out how I shouldn't worry and everything will be fine in the end. At one point his colleague came to him and I am 99% sure he complained to him about me ( speaking their language ). I kinda just gave up and decided not to say anything until the end. I had minimum hope that he will fix my nails in the end, but, boy oh boy, was I disappointed. My nails were thick, uneven and you could see my actual nails on the sides of a few fingers. I didn't say a word, just paid and never came back and never will.Took them off in a week with a file, scissors and acetone. Read Less

My daughter and I went for a manicure and it lasted all of 15 minutes. They did not soak our hands and it was a rush job at best. Looked like an amateur painted my daughter's nails. The place also had a very strong acrylic smell. Would not recommend. Read Less

I started going to this place when it first opened about 3 years ago because it was on my way to work. The inside is beautiful and super clean, all the tools come out of sealed bags. I usually would just get a gel mani from Justin, and it was always done quick, well, and for a good price. If you go for a pedi, they'll seat you in these super comfy massage chairs and lay a plastic liner in the tub and there's all kinds of package options. Anyways, I hadn't been here for awhile because I'd moved but I came back to get my nails (and toes) done for graduation and the place looks just as nice and clean as when it opened. I asked for Justin again and got a gel mani and a lemon sugar scrub pedi. Everything was done within about an hour, including waiting for him to become available, was done super well (I'm so happy with it!), and he still makes good conversation too while he's working.This place is the only place I'd ever go to get a mani, pedi, or anything else done!! I'm not sure what other people did to get treated poorly, but if you come into this place with a smile, say please and thank you, and act like a decent human being then I know you'll get treated right! Me and my friend got our nails done and the experience was awful. I've tried to get some glitters and the lady couldn't even understand what I wanted and I even explained to her how to do it. Also they talked crap in Vietnamese about us.  My friend's nails look terrible, she still has some glue or base all over her hands. We've tried to ask them to fix her nails and they never did it. Just said to put lotion on her hands. When we were about to pay the manager said we have to pay extra for card transactions but I told her what she is doing is illegal and then she was mad at us. Tina is definitely a personal favorite always has a great conversation and is super OCD everything has to be perfect with her which is a great quality in a nail lady  been here a few times and will definitely keep coming back. Started off bad... My girl sat down for a pedicure and proceeded to get splashed with water soaking her new linen pants... Then the worker who did my feet did a lazy half assed job. Didn't even tell me when she was done with me, just walked off. The place looks and is setup very nice, but to hardly issue an apology, not give a discount for ruining my girlfriend's pants & doing a lazy job... All the asthetics in the world won't help that. I'm from out of town and had gotten my nails done elsewhere back home and they really messed up on my nails so I looked up some places called here to get an appt to get them fixed, they took me in right away with Christie and they were so welcoming when I got there. The service and quality here is terrible. My sister and I went together on our vacation the 4th of July. I needed a acrylic fill and she got a full set. I was literally under the nail dryer by the time someone finally got to her nails.Amy did my nails and one thumb was shaped completely different than the other and the new nail she put on my pinky broke after only 3 days. She tried to make it seem like my natural nails were the issue and not the way she shaped them. I have two nails on each hand where the acrylic started lifting after only 2 days.I'm not sure of the guy's name, that did my sister's nails, but her right middle finger was completely crooked. It is super obvious which makes it worse. Just like me, the acrylic began lifting from her natural nails after only a few days.Save your money and look for better quality and better service. As a guy this was my first time getting a mani/pedi. The environment was very nice and I all around enjoyed it. However, I will be giving this place a 4.8/5 stars. This was my first experience with nails and they had WAY too many colors to choose from and I couldn't tell the difference between peach and plum. Every one we had (3 people) were so nice and easy to talk with. They were gentle and not pushy on trying to up sell you. We got the deluxe pedicure and we were so relaxed, it was so good. We were visiting from Raleigh, NC but will come back here next time were in town. Plus you get free drinks including wine. Read Less

If I were rating this place on the place it's, the building and decor, I'd give it 4 stars. It's a cute place, and it was clean and inviting. 2 stars is for the services rendered. I got the basic pedicure and basic manicure and that's what they were - basic. For the pedicure, there was almost no foot rub, no removal of dead skin or calluses, and no frills. I had to ask them to cut my nails, he only wanted to file them. It was still $28 so is expected something other than feet soaking in water and nails painted. The manicure was even more basic. He stood up over pedicure chair and I had to reach arms over to get to him. It was not comfortable at all and strained my back. My nails were barely filed and I had to have him go back and file again because there were little fuzzies (don't know to to describe/explain) on each nail that were left behind.
