I get my nails and toes done every two weeks and have been coming here over 5 years. I've had everything from gel to acrylic to dipping powder done on my nails. The staff is very professional and friendly and they genuinely care about their clients.

One of the worst waxing experiences I have ever had at a nail salon. It was really hard to find. I waited for 20 minutes just to get my eye brows done. When I finally was getting them done there was no designated area for waxing so it was very awkward. And then the woman doing them burnt me. I am never coming back here.

This is my go-to for gel manicures and polish changes. I have been using the same person since he was at another nail salon, and he is always great with even hard colors to paint (like white or really light pink). It's always perfectly painted so the bottom is never jagged as it grows away from my cuticle. Even when I get a regular nail polish change, it can last me up to 4-5 days with no chipping! Another thing I really like about this family-owned salon is that they are honest about the wait time. They don't convince you to come in claiming they are ready for you, only to have you wait another 15-30 minutes. Other salons have done that in the past just to try to get your business, so I appreciate them always giving me a realistic estimate of how long I'll be waiting. I haven't really ever had to wait anyway, because they are well staffed and very efficient.

Let's me Explain myself. Over the last several weeks! I attempted to get my nails done here. Since, it's very close to my job. I ASSUMED it will be convenient. About two weeks ago, I was told to come back at 10am. Because no one was able to do my nails, at 9:30am. Although, the shop just opened, and I was the only customer THERE!!! Which brings me to my point TODAY. I was told to come back in 45 minutes. It was a WAIT. I UNDERSTAND!!! HOWEVER, I couldn't help to noticed the woman was service IMMEDIATELY !! After I was told it was a 45 MINUTES Wait!!. TO YOU ITS UNFORTUNATE. NO WORRIES!! I will keep walking ,and NEVER stop by your ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN

I moved here from Atlanta and am used to being able to get a spectacular pedicure for $25 in 45 minutes flat on my lunch break. That is not so much the case for most places I've tried since living in...
I moved here from Atlanta and am used to being able to get a spectacular pedicure for $25 in 45 minutes flat on my lunch break. That is not so much the case for most places I've tried since living in CHS.After having some less than desirable pedicures elsewhere in Mount P (cough, cough, nail tech who spoke not a word of English and popped my toes out of joint I'm talking to you), Top Nails was delightful. $30 + tip and I was in and out in under an hour with flawless feet. Maybe it was just the time of day that I went but there was no wait whatsoever. This place was just plain clean and efficient.I can't think of a single thing bad to say about Top Nails and am thrilled to have finally found a great nail salon.

A friendly shop with good service. OPI polish and gel with lots of colors to choose from. They take appointments, but you can usually get in quickly without an appointment.

Was in from out of town and needed pretty nails for a party that night. Found this place on a quick Google search of nail places close to my hotel. The lady there was AMAZING! I bite my nails really bad (even she was shocked) but by the time she was done they looked beautiful and she was super nice. People at the party that night commented on how nice my nails looked and thought they were my real nails!! If I am ever back in Mt. Pleasant I will absolutely go to Top Nails again!

The owners are great, they've been doing my nails for almost 5 years. They used to have a place on James Island and I'm so glad they've moved to Mount Pleasant. They always offer you something to drink and even told me it's ok to bring my toddler with me! You'll be glad you went!

One of the worst waxing experiences I have ever had at a nail salon. It was really hard to find. I waited for 20 minutes just to get my eye brows done. This is my go-to for gel manicures and polish changes. I have been using the same person since he was at another nail salon, and he is always great with even hard colors to paint (like white or really light pink). It's always perfectly painted so the bottom is never jagged as it grows away from my cuticle. Even when I get a regular nail polish change, it can last me up to 4-5 days with no chipping! Another thing I really like about this family-owned salon is that they are honest about the wait time. I moved here from Atlanta and am used to being able to get a spectacular pedicure for $25 in 45 minutes flat on my lunch break. Was in from out of town and needed pretty nails for a party that night. Found this place on a quick Google search of nail places close to my hotel. The lady there was AMAZING! I bite my nails really bad (even she was shocked) but by the time she was done they looked beautiful and she was super nice. People at the party that night commented on how nice my nails looked and thought they were my real nails!! If I am ever back in Mt. Pleasant I will absolutely go to Top Nails again!

The owners are great, they've been doing my nails for almost 5 years. They used to have a place on James Island and I'm so glad they've moved to Mount Pleasant. They always offer you something to drink and even told me it's ok to bring my toddler with me! You'll be glad you went!
