Worst service ever!!! I called before arriving asking how long was the wait for a pedicure.. was told to come now and for there in 10 minutes.. needless to say I had to wait for 20 minutes... Philip have me the worst pedicure ever! They don't do hot towels in the summer time.. barely got the bottom of my feet scrubbed.. other regular clients cane in and got offered something to drink.. I got nothing.. that dry gel pedicure was 50 dollars! I don't usually wrote reviews but couldn't let this one go.. oh and they were asking the regular clients to leave a 5 star review for them.. they needed it was the exact words the wife used.. never coming back here! I tried really hard to like this place, the people are so nice, but they really don’t know how to run a business. I don’t mind waiting, but when I make an appointment, I’ve made it for a reason (i.e. I’m on a time crunch). Multiple times I’ve made an appointment, showed up around 5 mins early, and had to wait over an hour PAST my appointment. Usually being ignored for the first 20 minutes upon my entrance. This is my second visit here. I live in Parkwest & it's close to home and the grocery store for 1 star alone for convenience. Additionally I called in 5 minutes before hand and they could take me within 10 minutes, another star for that.. and that was also the timing for my first visit- prompt which is great.I brought my girls in and they were able to accommodate even though they were busy with holiday rush going on, another start for that. Been coming here for a few months now and I love it. The service is great, the presentation is very pretty. I'm a BIG pedicure person and I always leave very satisfied. They go above and beyond, as I saw a young girl so excited about her nail design and they told her they'd take pictures of it on her phone for her! Read Less

Came in and had no one say a word to me, so I looked for polish and stood there waiting for someone to say something. Stood there for 5 min to have someone else walk in and them to say hello and asked what the customer needed, I told her I had be there waiting for service before them. Finally got a seat and the guy was so rough with my feet. Told him to be easy with one toe because I an ingrown toe nail removed, well he made that toe bleed... it has been so sore since then. Cost me $47 just for a pedicure that hurt the whole time and to have my toe hurt because he picked at it. Worst place ever!!! When I come back to visit I will never come back to this place! I agree horrible place! Wait is forever. They say they can take care of you, knowing they can't get to you for a good hour. Very rude! They take care of the next person before they finish with you. I came in and asked for a Pedicure and a gel manicure it took them close to three hours because they took care of three other people with no apt. that came in after me. Also beware! Those of you that have minors that go there, they offer them alcohol. If they tell them they are not old enough to drink, they tell them don't worry we won't tell! Bottom line: very rude and money hungry. They push you through as quickly as possible. They know exactly what they are doing, but act dumb about it. These are not my only complaints I could write for a while about some other things. I will never go back and would never recommend them to anyone. I arrived at Tiffany nail bar at 4:45 PM and I asked Tina if she had time to do a gel manicure and have me out the door by 545pm as I had to go pick up my child. She said "sure, no problem I will get you right after I'm done with the client I am currently with" and then she proceeded to take care of three different clients that walked in the door after me who did not have appointments. After being completely ignored by Tina, who is the owner, for an hour and a half I explained to her my frustration and the only thing that she could say was, "come back later". I called her on the phone when I walked out the door to discuss the situation and she put the phone down and ignored me again. I will not go back there as a client again. This place is awful! There was one person in front of me when I arrived, & I sat waiting for over an hour..while waiting a couple came in (about 30 min into my wait) and was serviced 1st. No one came up to me, I had to approach them to ask what was going on, I was told the couple had an appointment. Why I wasn't told that before waiting so long is beyond me. I will NEVER do business here again because this isn't the first time this has happened as far as the long wait. If trying to decide where to go, better off going to pro nails across the street! Absolutely worst experience. I wanted a mani & pedi . Was seated in pedi chair for 1/2 hr no water .. finally a quick scrub , trim & base coat . Tech left to start another mani & I was left sitting 45 min . Finally someone finishes my pedi & on to the mani . I had gel before & needed the old removed .... they forgot? After remover is applied I sat for another 1.2 hr while the tech went to get a child from school .. the while nightmare took 3 hours on my only day off . I gave birth quicker than having a mani & pedi here. Totally disrespectful of time & communication.. never again ! Read Less

I love this salon. The staff is very friendly. The salon is very clean. My toes and nails are always looking great! Did I mention they have two kids spa chairs for the little ones! Although we were the first to arrive at the salon (although we arrived 30 minutes after they opened according to the time on the door and they were definitely not open...after another 30 minutes aka 1 hour after the time listed on the door, they were open), it still took my mother and me over 3 hours to get our maincures and pedicures here. The staff was very nice and did a great job, though. But there was no excuse for it to take as long as it did! I'd only go back if I have tons of time to kill. Read Less

Long wait for service. They do not take appointments, it is all on a walk in basis. Even after they put me in a chair, the wait was long. Prices are high. Didn't see the license of the person (of legal working age?) who did my nails. Mediocre work.  Will never go back and would not recommend anyone else. Read Less

I have been going here since the first of the year trying to make it work because it's so convenient for me even though their gel work is just ok.  Last pedicure was done by a kid that barely touched my feet!.Today I called to make an appointment (talked to Phillip the owner) and he told me to come at noon.  I got there and was told to come back later saying that they are very busy.....what is an appointment for anyway???  I will not be going back.  I think they think they're better than they are! Absolutely TERRIBLE experience...DO NOT GO THERE!!! They have children performing pedicures without a license & they do a TERRIBLE job!!! Refused to show nail tech license for the children performing services. Reported to licensure & labor board. Wish I could post photos!!! Read Less
