The gentleman who answered the phone was very nice but the older lady who did my nails was not. I tried to talk to her and she would give 1 word quick answers. Clearly did not want to talk. She used a dremel to file off an overlay I had for a vertical split but I had intended to keep it. She filed my nails but each nail was uneven. I asked her to fix it and she tried, but it wasn't great. Then she cut my cuticles so close she cut me twice. When I jerked my hand back because it hurt, she never apologized. But she knew she had cut me because she dabbed away the blood. When it was finally over, she told me it was time to pay, $15.00. I gave her a 20 and she brought 4 back. I asked her how much again and she said $15. So stupidly, I gave her 2 more dollars and she snatched them away. No thank you, nothing. Horrible experience, the product is no good, the quality is really poor, clearly over charging the community and was charged for a service I did not get. Return to show the Owner the out come of my nails after only a week and he was disconcerning and another individual was extremely rude. You have plenty other options, don't take the chance. Several times the polish on my pedicure has not set correctly.  They will put it on my big toes really thick and it does not harden, like it is goopy and old.  It would get marks from my sheets when I was sleeping or damaged from wearing my shoes the day after it was applied.  I went back one time and had it fixed but it happened several times.  I don't have time to keep returning and having my polish repaired.  They are always very nice and professional, they just don't have quality nail polish. Went with a friend of mine after work on a friday. Soon as we walked in the door we were rushed by Tammy to pick a color. She was very rude. As we were getting are nails done she tried to up charge for length but they were not long. Next when I was getting my nails filed he pricked me and made my figure bleed. I asked for extra glitter and Tammy told my nail tech no because I had already paid but had not even left the seat. They honestly suck do not go to this establishment unless you like rude and unprofessional services. They olso speak Chinese the whole time and do not try and create a convo with their customers. I love going here to get my nails done. The prices are so reasonable and the service is great. I absolutely love the ladies in here that do my pedicure every week. Of all the places in Mt. Pleasant, I love Regal Nails the most! Read Less
