Honestly this is the worst nail place I’ve ever been to. I told her I wanted gel 3 times and she would not take that answer and gave me dip powder. Nothing against dip powder, I just wanted a light purple and ended up with pink. My nails are slanted. They aren’t even straight. I told her to fix them and she said she couldn’t see what I was talking about. So in order to fix them my nails got filed down to a stub.... and they’re still not straight. Finally... there are divots all in my nails. It’s not even at all. I told her I didn’t like them... and I got zero reaponse. I paid and left angry. Nothing was done to correct my nails and now I have the worst set of nails I have ever received. My advice? Just find somewhere else to go. They don’t know what they’re doing.

I will never return here. First, I asked for just a gel polish change. They proceeded to do a full gel manicure and charged $35. The manicure itself was basically like getting a polish change. I picked out the color I wanted and I got something completely different. I asked why would they present a color to me if they didn't have it in gel. So I picked a darker gel color and it still was nowhere near what they're advertising on the swatch. The manicurist told me that the swatch was just old and it got darker over time. The nail tech then proceeded to file my nails AFTER she polished it! Who does that?! I will never return here again. The top photo is very close to what I asked and the bottom is what I got.

This was my first time at Princess Nails. Because there were plenty of chairs available, it would have been nice to be asked where I would have liked to sit. Unfortunately, I was seated with my back to the TV and was not offered anything to read. I will say the place was very clean. Haven did a great job relieving the discomfort from an ingrown toenail. I had just gotten through with a hard workout, and Haven gave a great massage on my exhausted legs and feet. A little more hospitality would have improved my rating.
Update... I was told the wait would be 15 minutes. I waited 45. I mentioned to the technician that my last/first pedicure there only lasted 15 days. I have had many in the past that lasted a month. She scowled, didn't bother to look me in the eyes, ignored my concern about a toenail... I could go on... Not sure if I will go back.

Terrible place and services, the lady did my pedicure repeatedly asked me to do my manicure and I already said NO more then three times but she kept asking for it. She tried to up-selling my pedicure to deluxe pedicure as well. I feel very uncomfortable with this nail salon. I will never come back to buy a rudeness and waste my time and my money there again. Good luck to the people who decide to go there.

I was very disappointed with my last visit. I brought my Mom to treat her to a pedicure. The man doing her pedicure made fun of her toes the whole time. I requested a deluxe pedicure and he barely scrubbed my feet or touched my cuticles. I spent a lot of money for poor service. We will go elsewhere.

The man who did my nails was extremely rude. I asked him to cut my cuticles, and he told me I didn't need it? I asked again, and he made a comment about how if I wanted to spend more money then why should he argue. then after doing it, he said "happy now?". I was appalled by his behavior. Their "deluxe" pedicure was also horrible. I barely could feel any massage, and saw no difference between that and the regular pedicure. Their "callous removal" was putting gel on the bottom of my feet. I will definitely never go to this salon again.

Went into Princess Nails for a full set of acrylic and Thomas gave me the most beautiful manicure I've ever had. They had more colors to choose from than any other salon and every employee there was very friendly. I was so impressed that Thomas knew most of the customers that came in by name. It really shows that they go the extra mile for great service. Can't wait to go back!

Waited more than 90 minutes after an appountment time while people (without appointments) were assisted before me. I was therejust for an acrylic fill. Finally sat in the chair and waited another 20 minutes for Tim to get to me. My nails look like I already need a fill and not even painted well. I asked for matte finish and he didn't know what that meant. I asked for a white color to be put underneath a glitter and he refused. I won't be returning.

I've been coming to this place since it was Long Nails! I was in the 6th grade when I got my first full set and have always ended up right back here. Great customer service and they won't let you leave unless you are happy. Thomas always does an amazing job! And Tracy did mine last time and did a perfect job on my coffins. Place is beautiful inside too. Love, love, love this place! 10 GOLD STARS!

So I went to try this place with my girlfriend who gets her nails done there...The pedicure was okay but after waiting 15+ minutes they finally moved me to a chair for me to get my nails done. Where I waited another 19 minutes after the gentleman asked my nail color and he never came back… He went and started working on another patron who arrived after us. My friend was half way done getting her nails done and no one came to even start mine. Clearly my money is no good there.

Honestly this is the worst nail place I’ve ever been to. I told her I wanted gel 3 times and she would not take that answer and gave me dip powder. Nothing against dip powder, I just wanted a light purple and ended up with pink. My nails are slanted. They aren’t even straight. I told her to fix them and she said she couldn’t see what I was talking about. So in order to fix them my nails got filed down to a stub.... and they’re still not straight. I will never return here. First, I asked for just a gel polish change. They proceeded to do a full gel manicure and charged $35. The manicure itself was basically like getting a polish change. I picked out the color I wanted and I got something completely different. I asked why would they present a color to me if they didn't have it in gel. This was my first time at Princess Nails. Because there were plenty of chairs available, it would have been nice to be asked where I would have liked to sit. Unfortunately, I was seated with my back to the TV and was not offered anything to read. I will say the place was very clean. Haven did a great job relieving the discomfort from an ingrown toenail. I was very disappointed with my last visit. I brought my Mom to treat her to a pedicure. The man doing her pedicure made fun of her toes the whole time. Went into Princess Nails for a full set of acrylic and Thomas gave me the most beautiful manicure I've ever had. They had more colors to choose from than any other salon and every employee there was very friendly. I was so impressed that Thomas knew most of the customers that came in by name. It really shows that they go the extra mile for great service. Can't wait to go back!
