This place has awful workers who literally talk crap when you don't like your nail shape and wouldn't let us have the owners number because they didn't want the employee to get in trouble. He then said my friend has no common sense and sits like an animal. Then because we asked for the owners number to complain about the employee they threatened to call the police? Very confused. Either way this place is awful and we plan on reporting them as a business for treatment of customers.

My wife comes to Adrianne at STRAND hair salon. She absolutely loves her. She used to go to Alexandrias, but her stylist moved to Boston. We searched all over Mount Pleasant to find a good fit for her. Most women know how important the relationship between a lady and her stylist is. When we found Adrianne, we knew she was the one. She couldn't be happier. She's even helped me with a skin condition I have, so I've got no complaints!

Lisa Chase's shop (East Cooper Barber Shop) is located here in the Phenix Salon Suites. She is a great barber in this set of suites. Interesting concept that, instead of stylists for men and for women in one location and renting their chair in a large salon, this is for those who want to be on their own and have a compact shop. Lisa never rushes, always ensuring that your haircut and beard trim are done absolutely perfectly, even if it takes almost an hour. She is a consummate professional who has been out on her own for less than a year, but had planned on owning another shop, but then decided to open her own. And here she is!

After going to the same nail spa in California for over 10 years, finding a new one in my new state has been a tedious task. Last night I called and made an appointment here at Brilliant. When I showed up today, somehow my name was not on the list, but they still accommodated me. My premium pedicure was awesome, very comparable to what I got at my old favorite. Tiffany did an excellent job and my feet and legs feel so refreshed. Despite the small hiccup, I was extremely impressed and will definitely be back!!!! :)

This place has awful workers who literally talk crap when you don't like your nail shape and wouldn't let us have the owners number because they didn't want the employee to get in trouble. He then said my friend has no common sense and sits like an animal. Then because we asked for the owners number to complain about the employee they threatened to call the police? Very confused. Either way this place is awful and we plan on reporting them as a business for treatment of customers.

My wife comes to Adrianne at STRAND hair salon. She absolutely loves her. She used to go to Alexandrias, but her stylist moved to Boston. We searched all over Mount Pleasant to find a good fit for her. Most women know how important the relationship between a lady and her stylist is. When we found Adrianne, we knew she was the one. She couldn't be happier. She's even helped me with a skin condition I have, so I've got no complaints!

Interesting concept that, instead of stylists for men and for women in one location and renting their chair in a large salon, this is for those who want to be on their own and have a compact shop. Lisa never rushes, always ensuring that your haircut and beard trim are done absolutely perfectly, even if it takes almost an hour. After going to the same nail spa in California for over 10 years, finding a new one in my new state has been a tedious task. Last night I called and made an appointment here at Brilliant. When I showed up today, somehow my name was not on the list, but they still accommodated me. My premium pedicure was awesome, very comparable to what I got at my old favorite.
