This was a worst pedicure I’ve ever had in life. This shop was so dirty and I couldn’t breathe cuz the smell of nail liquid was so strong; they didn’t have exhausted fans turned on in their salon at all. The guy worked on my pedicure was covered with cigarette smells. I almost walk out in the middle of my pedicure. I will never come back and please don’t waist your time and money there. Read Less

Came in for a mani&pedi. Wonderful job my nails look amazing. Ivy did a fabulous job. I felt relaxed and well taken care of and my nails look and feel great and the polish job is well done. Did an excellent job on my cuticles. I would recommend to anyone. You will not be disappointed. Read Less

Very terrible manicure and smelly salon. I had dipped nails and they we're SO thick. I never should have strayed from where I normally go. The friend I went with asked for a matte polish (black) and they said they could do it. It was glossy black when she left. Her nails we're not even shaped evenly. Read Less

After living in Mt. Pleasant for over ten years I feel like I've tried every nail salon in the area. While my favorite spot is in Park West with Kim, I've moved very close to the bridge and dealing with that crazy traffic to go to North Mt. P is just crazy. I tried at least six different salons since on this side of town and was not impressed with any one of them. Finally I landed at Nails So Dep. I've been in now at least 6 times and every visit has been a pleasant experience. My first unexpected visit was on a Saturday and it was packed. I felt like I may have just uncovered the best kept secret in Mt. Pleasant. I was greeted at the door immediately and we discussed the services I needed. The salon is well stocked with all the best brands. I was immediately seated at a pedicure station and the color samples were brought to me for my gel manicure. Both my manicure and pedicure were done simultaneously. I was surprised to be offered a complimentary beverage, soda, wine or water. Once I was moved from the pedicure chair I was introduced to Tammy who offered a simple massage while my toes dried. It was wonderful. I've also had my brows waxed and the technician listened to my wishes and did a fabulous job. A couple visits ago I decided to try the powder gel and I believe the gentleman that took care of it was Kenny. He was very personable and my gel manicure was possibly the best I've ever had. Another employee offered to take the samples to seek out the perfect OPI color to match my gel selection since there wasn't an exact match for the gel I chose, and it was as perfect as I could have expected.I will continue to use Nail So Dep for my nail salon. Worst manicure I have ever had. Cuticles barely cleaned. Horrible shape. I tried to explain to my tech and she told me I didn't know the style. Nail polish was clumpy and uneven. I choose this place because of the great reviews. The person who did my nails was so unprofessional saying strange things. My sister also had a horrible experience.
