Kim and Joe are the best, they have managed to keep my fingers and toes looking tip-top for the last three years. I had been a regular at another nail spa close by for years. After several unpleasant experiences I decided to give De Lux Nail Spa a try, and I couldn’t be happier. When you enter the spa you are always welcomed, it’s amazing how many clients they greet by name. If they are busy, they will let you know what time would be best for you to return, and get this, it is accurate. They don’t tell you to come back at noon if it’s going to be 12:30 PM before they get you seated at a manicure table or pedicure chair. They are really respectful of their clients time, which is highly unusual at most nail spas these days. I must say there is not a bad nail technician at De Lux Nail Spa, I am quite partial to Kim and Joe. They have taken care of my needs from Gala ready fingers and toes, to fifty mile trail run blister and battered feet. De Lux Nail Spa is the best nail spa in town. Friendly, attentive, & clean. I was a walk-in on Friday during lunch and they fit me right in as they were not busy. However it was mentioned that Fridays are usually busy so just be weary of that if you plan on walking in. I had Joe as my manicurist and he was fantastic. This place is awful i spent 60$ on my last and the lasted 4 days i have only 3 nails left. ive never had such bad customer service in my life and then for them to not do refunds when they dont have a sign up saying so is not right . I live in Kansas and they told me the only thing they can do is for me to come back and they fix them but like i said the the manager i dont live in the state she said oh im sorry i cant do nothing for you i would give them no stars if allowed i will never come back agian if this is how you treat your clientel Read Less

I go every 4 weeks. Super clean  (plastic lined bowls and plastic is changed with every person), very friendly, and they spend their time on each client. They offer magazines and beverages, a huge color selection, and a wide range of services. I always get the classic pedicure but feel like they go above and beyond. Love them, always very quick to get you in if there is a wait and do the best mani-pedi's. Very Fairly priced and friendly staff. I went to another place to get my nails done in Mount Pleasant and regretted not just driving to this place after paying $80.00!!! for the same mani-pedi that at most cost me $45.00 at this place. Nice and clean. Friendly staff. Convenient location. Offers of water and plenty of magazines to peruse. These nail salons freak me out bc of the germ factor, but this one lines their pedi sinks with plastic so as to change in between clients which I find reassuring. This is def my go-to. Read Less

Kecia Daniels must have been at s different place or is just not ever a satisfied customer. I go there every three weeks and when Kim Gallashaw says your toenails need a break from the polish you know they care about you and your nails and are not there to just be greedy.  As you can see from 99 % of the other posts this place is awesome. They are all family and do a great job !!!  I wouldn't go anywhere else with my overgrown cuticles and my bushy eyebrows !!!  LOVE THIS PLACE !! Read Less

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Horrible service. Not happy with my nails that were way to expensive. Me and my friends nails were bad. Spent 2 and a half hours and the nail tech still tried to keep us there fixing up what they messed up. Never go to this place again. Read Less

VERY happy with my pedi & gel mani. Tu Ha does an exceptional job, & so happy to have found her again & would highly recommend her!!! She is amazing!!! Super-friendly & CLEAN atmosphere!!! I was also very impressed with the staff when an elderly gentleman (with some obvious dementia issues) was brought in by his daughter & dropped off for a pedi. He was done before his daughter returned to pick him up. He paid for his service & walked out & began wandering in the parking lot. The staff noticed his confusion, went outside, & escorted him back in. A staff member sat down with him until his daughter returned. I do not recommend this place. It costs way too much money and they did a crappy job. I asked for gel nails, which was $16 more for JUST THE NAIL POLISH, not the acrylic. He did not push my cuticles back, so they look messy. There's a bunch of little fiber hairs in the nail polish. I got them done last week and they are already peeling. Read Less

I've been coming here for years and can honestly say it's hands-down the best salon I've been to.  I see Thuha, and she consistently does a wonderful job.  She really takes her time and cares about the health of my nails in addition to just making them look fabulous :)  I typically have a hard time getting my non-gel polish manicures to last, and my manicure polish lasts about a week when she does my nails.  If you are planning to come on a weekend, just give them a call ahead of time so they can get you on the schedule, as they do get busy and that way you don't have to wait :) Read Less

I've had my nails done all over town, and impulsively went in Delux, after my lunch date cancelled on me. What a find! Clean, fast, professional, and color selection can't be beat. I had a spa pedicure, and a gel manicure. The salon has massage chairs, with liners, and all the tools were in a sterilized package. My gel manicure was great; fast, but not hurried. The selection of nail polishes was staggering. I've only seen that many colors at Sephora, clearly they listen to customers requests.
