First time here, walked in no appointment.  Very good pedi & gel mani.   The massage chairs are new and nice!  I signed up for the rewards program- if you pay cash you get 2x the points towards free services .   That's pretty cool I thought..... as it turned out it saved me more than money!  I left my wallet n the store.... they texted & emailed me that my wallet was left behind.  Not to worry they would keep it safe for me.  I picked it up next day ... $80 in cash still inside along w my cards etc.   What a great relief!  This business is top notch & honest!  Will definitely be back. I have been in search of a great nail salon since I moved here from California. The search is now over after visiting this Creative Nails located in Belle Hall. Tee pleasantly greeted me at the front desk she was very patient and helped me pick out the perfect colors. Not only did she assist me with my selection of nail colors she also informed me of specials and discounts. Tony was my nail technician he did a phenomenal job. He not only catered to my physical needs but also to my mental needs. Tony offered me a beverage which was much needed (due to SC humid and hot weather) and also assured my massage chair setting was perfect. I  have not had services like this in a long time he was very meticulous and strategic in cutting my cuticles and polishing my nails. Recently expanded with a lot more chairs. Short wait times. Nice staff. The room where you get your eyebrows waxed needs some more work... can be more clean. Nice selection of polish. Prices have recently increased. $27 dollars fore a pedi. Used to be $25. The pedi  tubs are very sanitary and they use a new plastic liner for the next customer. I really like that. Unfriendly, poor customer service, and overpriced! Scheduled an appointment in advance and waited 30 min with my two year old daughter until someone started our nails. The pedicure was below average considering it was $27. Brought my daughter to have her nails done for the first time and the woman doing her nails had zero patience and was completely rude. Every service I have ever had has been fantastic. My pink and white nails have never been prettier - I get tons of compliments on them! The facility is gorgeous and expanding with tons of pedicure chairs, even special ones for little girls! I have known the owner since he was just a nail tech in another nail salon. My entire family enjoys his service and even my family out of town come to get there nails done. He is a great friend and has always been patient and always wants people to leave happy. Defiantly nows how to pamper there customers you even get offered . Service was bad. Staff was rude. I will never go there again. After my pedicure was over the lady that served me just pointed me to the dryers didn't turn it on. Had to figure out myself. She act like she didn't want to do my pedicure at all. I stood for a few moments to see manager or someone would acknowledge my presence or a customer in need and nothing. I have had far better pedicures for $20. I understand there is a price difference depending on the area but generally $27 includes a design or something. I am not really complaining about that. I am visiting out of town. Congratulations if I was not the type of client you wanted you will never see me again nor anyone I know who may decide to visit this area. Other than "do you want nails shorter" and "pick your color" not one word. That's what I get for cheating on my regular salon. Had a bunch of errands and on this side of town so I gave them a shot. I asked that my nails be trimmed by half. Clip - gone. I could of stopped it but after the first one the rest would look stupidly long. Oh well they grow back. My technician was intermittently texting and watching football news. Sorry if your client is boring you. He had me soak my fingers in whatever chemical it is they use to remove gel nails after using a Dremel to get the top layer off. My regular technician places a drop of it on cotton and wraps my finger tips. Not a full on soak! It was the first time I have ever had pain getting my cuticles done. "Tap" on the machine, switch hands. "Tap" on the machine, switch hands. Wth? The surroundings were unorganized and the over all cleanliness was appalling. From the tools he was using, the sink basin and the gritty station, it was a mess. The client next to me left when they were done with her nails and they just picked up the polish and never wiped the station. Guest number two come on over. Yuck! Oh gosh I will never cheat again! I absolutely love Top Nails! They never disappoint. I feel completely confident recommending them to my friends and family because I know they will be taken care of and leave feeling great! I usually get a spa pedicure with a gel manicure and it takes about an hour. Any one of their Nail Techs are great.
