I wanted a fill in, and they did it 30 minutes before they closed. They paint my daughter nails and toes. It was two people on my hand getting the job done. They do what i ask the reason for 3 stars i am a licensed cosmetologist . The massage part of both pedicure and manicure are almost non existant , as someone from a heavy services industry who is on my feet hours at a time very disappointing. I got a Mani and pedi I had to say something about my calus not being filed down enough I didn't get a foot massage the lady never said hardly a word to me her next appointment sat next to me and they wouldn't shut up I felt she was paying attention to her regular the white stuff they put on your cuticals I didnt get that on my toes or fingers I've never had a manicure that this wasn't used on top of everything she left me with my fingers in the water while she had a bite I asked that the corner of my nails be filed so they wouldn't be so sharp this didn't happen either back to the pedicure I watched the person before me get their feet message but not mine I will never go here again Read Less
