I will post two reviews.2 Stars related to customer service and atmosphere. I felt like none of them wanted to be there and they hated it. Not upbeat and no friendly gestures. The market is getting saturated with nail salons and you would think the competition would drive a more stellar state of service excellence. I will post my final satisfaction with my pedicure when complete. 4 Stars related to technique. Would have like the cheese grader used to give me a smoother finish on my feet. So happy I have this place a try today!! I received a super relaxing pedicure from Cindy and a beautiful sns manicure from Ty.. what I loved most was the fact that Cindy did a long, relaxing massage on my legs and feet and Ty knows his stuff and works magic with the sns nails!! Everyone in there was a returning customer and they were treated wonderfully and were all happy and smiling.. it shows why they always come to USA Nails. This will be my new and only nail salon! Not impressed at all. I paid for the $40 pedicure (upgrade from the $30 basic) and the grater type tool was not used. He stated to get my heels smooth I would need the $50 pedicure. My heels were not bad, I suppose I was just used to other salons doing it. My nail art literally looked like a bottle of polish had been spilled all over my toenail. Read Less

My boyfriend and I just got pedicures and I got an SNS manicure. Everyone was very friendly and I am very very happy with the services we received. I wish I could remember the names of the two people that helped us because they were both wonderful. We will absolutely be returning. Read Less

U.S.A nails is the first beauty salon I've been to in Lexington, and my experiences there was amazing. The staff was nice and funny. Ty and Cindy, the managers, were very creative and professional. Thoroughly enjoyed my time here! I was able to really relax in the clean, quiet atmosphere. I feel like I got a spa experience as well as exceptional nail services! The deluxe manicure felt deluxe with a long lasting leg mask treatment. The care and quality that both Cyndi and her brother provided is outstanding and I will definitely be back. Came here for a pedicure while visiting a family member because they were open on Sunday and saw some good reviews. Disappointed because they don't use the cheese grater looking tool like they do in NC where I'm from and charge $30 for a basic pedicure. ($25 for basic where I usually go). Disappointed because the cuticle removal was well below par. Maybe the tech was new and nervous. Maybe my expectations were high, but after leaving there, I felt like I could have just gotten a bottle nail polish and done it myself for a few dollars. Read Less

I am editing my previous review because I gave this place another try today, but I made sure that I got someone else.  My nails are PERFECT and the people are awesome.  I showed him a picture, and he made it happen!  Thai, Cindy and Kim are definitely the people to go to if you want anything other than your basic full set!Not very satisfied with the $50 nail job I received this past weekend.  They came out nothing like the picture that was shown to them, which was something that was even done there and was on their facebook page (with a minor change).  The matte top coat was put on top of the glitter and made it dull and not shiny, and the glitter doesnt really faded nicely (like ombre glitter), but just has an invisible line where it stops.  The polish is lumpy and not smooth and just looks very unnatural.  The more I look at them the more unsatisfied I am with them.  Now let me say, the gentleman that did my nails was extremely nice and my nails were shaped perfectly.  My sister also got her nails the same day by Kim and they came out PERFECTLY! Horrifying😩!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I could give a negative number, I would!!! Went to this location because they do SNS nails. For starters, I was so the lady decided to file the gel off my nails real nails, which was painful, then to top it off instead of foiling my nails she dipped my whole hand in acid remover and left me sit there 20 mins while she did someone's feet and didn't wash her hands while moving back and forth between the two of us... My hands started to burn and became dis-colored, dry, and were burning. When I told her I didn't feel like this was healthy not safe, she slopped the acid all over cotton, and foiled my hands after the fact. Very rush and unprofessional! I've had my nails done twice here and one gentleman does excellent but when the younger gentleman done my nails I didn't like them and he insisted the looked good and I hated them. I just paid and left. Need to post business hours and answer the phone. All the calls are not bill collectors as you stated when the phone rang off the hook while i was there. Read Less

Today was my second time visiting the salon. The first time I had a full acrylic set and gel polish, and this time I got a fill and gel polish. For the first visit I had Candy, and since she did such a good job I requested her today. The salon is clean and was not crowded the two times I visited. The first time I went on a Friday morning, and this time I went around 3 PM. My daughter went with me and spent her time watching the tv that is on the wall. There are about four flat screens, so you can view the tv from each station. I was there for about an hour, but the time went by quickly with the conversation I enjoyed with the nail tech. She was very sweet! I will definitely visit this salon again. I paid more for the gel polish, but I have pets and do a lot of hard work, so it is nice to have a sturdier polish. Read Less

The only reason they got 2 stars is bc I didn't have to wait, was takin straight back. But I was told I had to have tips put on when I never wear tips. During the service my nail tech never spoke to me only to the other techs in another language which in my book is rude. My tips were uneven in length and the top was bumpy like they weren't filed down enough..not pleased with this experience and won't go back..and not to mention the price was high. $45 for a full set is way over priced. Just got a pedicure at this location this afternoon. No need to make an appointment (unless you plan on going in on Sundays - when they are officially closed, but would do appointments if needed). I know this is pedicure season and on Saturdays, nail salons tend to be busier (at least for pedicures) as women tend to wear sandals more. I was in some ways expecting not a wait since this location sits back from the road, and cannot easily see the location as it is.  But did not have much of a wait (under 10 minutes).  Prices still are comparable to other nail salons in the area, but feel like you get more for your money (like a heated towel at the end of your pedicure).  The location was also very organized and staff was friendly.
